19:00 An apology for a mistake is (from what I understand as a westerner) a pretty big thing in Japan. To force Hori to apologize for a mistake she didn't make would cause her disgrace. It would cause her to lose "face". To force someone to lose face when they had done nothing wrong is a double insult.

The build up was quick in the anime because they cut **a lot** of content from the manga. There were a lot of moments that helped towards the build up that were left out, so the moments that were significant or brought context to what happened in the anime were cut.

Episode 1 to 4, 1 year and a half have passed. They don't hook up so fast they just cut it down to fit episodes the manga went into more detail😊
