    D -Dates Nuts Bar 🍫 Episode-4 of A-Z series ✏️Alphabet Adventure🍎 Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for homemade dates and nuts bars: Ingredients: • 1/3 cup pitted dates • 1/3 cup almonds • 1/3 cup walnuts • 1/3 cup cashews • 1/3 cup Pistachios • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds • 2 tsp Ghee Instructions: 1. Prepare the Ingredients: • If your dates are not soft, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes and then drain. Chop into small cubes and blend it into a smooth paste. 2. Dry roast the nuts with sesame seeds low flame, keep aside, cool down. • Grind the nuts into coarse powder 3. Combine Ingredients: • In a pan , add 2 tablespoon ghee and combine the date paste with the nuts powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed and stick together. 4. Form the Bars: • Transfer the mixture into the mould and press it down firmly and evenly using a spatula or your hands. You want to compact it well so the bars hold together. 5. Chill: • Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes to 1 hours, or until the mixture is firm. 6. Remove the bars carefully from the mould. 7. Store: • Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage. Enjoy your homemade dates and nuts bars! They’re a perfect healthy snack.

      There is nothing extra added. It’s just warm environment. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm, dark place for 8-12 hours. The ideal temperature for fermentation is between 25-32°C (77-90°F). In colder climates, you can keep the batter in an oven with just the light on or in a warm spot in your kitchen.
