Yeah that isn’t the problem, after it makes that noise it just turns off without pouring

I have. A question what type of cup can we use ..or how many oz is the cup
The cup that I use in the video is about 10oz. You can probably squeeze 12 in there if you needed too.

I think by doing that your resetting it you just have to press it once when blinking but wait like 90 seconds for water to heat up

Hi I had this Yale Assure lock installed 2 yrs ago so it’s not under warranty. Recently the lock started draining the batteries quickly. Yale Customer service told me it was defective & needed to be replaced. I changed the batteries & it continued to work but now it’s not connecting to Bluetooth or WiFi & can’t use app on my phone. The lock still works but wonder how hard is it to replace if I get the same lock? Or maybe it’s the wifi bridge that’s defective? Need someone to help troubleshoot. Thx!!
I’ve found that the support from @yale is pretty terrible. The good news is that swapping them out is easy…because they’re still selling the same version. I saw them on sale at Lowe’s last week…

Yep, mine is too. But the coffee is hot and gets to you pretty quickly. It’s a trade off I guess? 🤷♂️

Door unlocks fine but won’t lock . It has ✔️and 🔒
Make sure you check to make sure that the bolt is not hitting the frame of the door and that it isn’t “too tight” when the door is locking.
I pushed it twice cuz it didn’t do anything then it over flowed 🤦🏻♂️
This happens when there is water in the reservoir before you put your water in. If you stopped it before it made a full cup of coffee then it is going to have too much water in it thr next time that you fill it up.
I’ve done that too. After you turn it on and press the big button, it’s going to take a minute to warm up…it won’t make any sound but it is heating up the water inside. Just be patient…it will brew.
My 5th grade teacher has this in his classroom and when he first turned it on it smelled like some burning metal but to me it smelled like burning paper with acid.. lol😂
Question, im using a reusable pod and when i fill 6ounces of water it doesn’t brew. I have to keep adding water until she decides to brew. What’s happening

But tell us why it takes a while for the coffee to brew? The big one heats instantly so I was always wondering if you have to push the blinking top again? But I guess the small one takes longer to begin to brew!
I think it takes time for the heating element inside to warm up. 🤷♂️

It does take a little while for the heating element to warm up. If you push the button too many times before it’s ready to go, the heater won’t turn on. So if it’s cold, you want to give it some time to warm up before you push that big button again…

Hmmm….I’m not sure. Mine doesn’t have that problem. Maybe call the Keurig support number,
