Lassiter Family farms Is family owed and operated row-crop farm in Northeast North Carolina. In this video Virginia type (Ballpark) Peanuts are being dug and inverted prior to being harvested. These Peanuts will lay inverted for a few days to allow the sun to aid in drying the peanuts and the peanut vines to help harvesting efficiency and reduce post harvest drying fuel use.

We run Amadas inverters here in south Ga. Is the yellow one a Ferguson. How does it compare to the Amadas.
Yes the yellow one is Ferguson, does great job, but support could be a lot better. we run 2 Amadas now.
What is the other digger in the field ? I see the amadas but can’t make out the yellow one

Is this last years video. Surely your not already harvesting wheat this year.....
Its this year, we grow soft red winter wheat, planted last fall. Some years we can start the very end of May, but usually harvest in June.
Equipment never ran smooth that long when l was farming. Great video.
