I don’t want to be disrespectful but where is part two and so on ? Can you upload them please ?
Hi . Can you Show this Kata in slow Motion? The second part is difficult top follows. Greetings from Germany
Hello Manuel! I will work on getting this in slow motion for you. I hope this video aids you in your martial arts studies. Kaizen!
¿Esto es Matayoshi? ¿De verdad?
Description states that it is Matayoshi in "style". The techniques and applications are heavily influenced by Matayoshi kobudo, but it's not to be confused with any specific Matayoshi kobudo kata.
One of my favorite Nunchuku Kata .
клас
I can't find the rest of the instructional videos.
Thanks for this! I just got a pair of padded nunchaku that I just mess around with. I made a promise to myself that I would only wield my dad's real nunchaku once I have mastered control with the padded ones. This definitely helps in preventing myself from getting smacked in the face xD
I think guys like him should have the 1% patch on the gi. Because he belongs to the tiny fraction of martial artists who hold the nunchaku properly (and not almost grabbing the string or chain).
Not really tho, depending on the style or school grip changes. Some Chinese Martial Arts tends to grip close to chain while in okinawan kobudo its close to the end of the stick. Also different grabs are good for long or short ranges. So in a way both ways of holding a nunchuck is right. 🙏
@@Kankayama The grip on the center ruins all the power of the weapon. Useless for such a short weapon.
Not a traditional Yamanni ryu kata.
Very true. Yamanni Ryu is Bo Jutsu so there would be no Sai. I personally learned this kata from Sensei Toshihiro Oshiro in San Francisco who is co-founder of Ryukyu Bujutsu Kenkyu Doyukai and an 8th Dan in Yamanni Ryu.
Wow ur speed cannot be visible through naked eye ..
Thank you

What a fantastic video! I have been working so hard to learn Kobudo Nunchaku but it’s so difficult without a master. All I can find are RUclips videos from people that learned from movies. Thank you so much for putting this up! Will you be doing more nunchaku videos in the future?
Thank you for your comment! Yes I have some fundamental nunchaku techniques coming soon.
