We used one back in the’80’s around Atlanta and and the same hoist was in use in south Alabama in the late’90’s and early 2000’s. Our use was probably illegal, as we were brick layers and we built a large tray with three sides. It would lift six five gallon buckets full of mud to the top of the scaffolding. It would also be completely loaded and unloaded with tong after tong of brick and work dark to dark and never complain. Great piece of equipment. Can’t remember how large the little Honda motor was, but it didn’t strain it all.

je l'ai utilisé au boulot pour équiper un pensionnat qui avait changé tout son mobilier (lits, bureaux, armoires, chaises, matelas...) sur plusieurs ailes et plusieurs etages..C'est trop pratique. Un gars suffit en bas poir charger, un autre qui receptionne en haut et 2/3 autres gars qui dispatchent le matos avec des dollys... On l'a utilisé jusqu'au 5/6e étage max à la cartoucherie à toulouse. Plus besoin d'emprunter les escaliers et de faire des allers retours ou une colonne, surtout quand on a tout une semi à vider en bas (en plus d'un chauffeur étranger pressé et arrivé en retard) et des plans de cuisine super lourds à ventiler... Le progrés a du bon des fois

Oh my gosh I just remembered, a few years ago I was living in an apartment complex and they were having the roof redone. It was 7 Mexican dudes who didnt speak english and boy they were havin the best time up there haha there was beer EVERYWHERE. and one night after they were finishin up, one of the dudes were WASTED and oh my god he was so loud and he tried goin down the ladder backwards facing and almost busted his ass goooood. It was interesting!
