Oh no doubt the property values in California will rise a bit more, but I will stand behind my comment Louis. The flood of families and businesses leaving my State is real. Housing at all levels is far beyond what many can afford. Demand for nothing is infinite and there are many examples of bubbles bursting. It is how I bought my last home after all.
