I remember an early video from Hello Games when Sean was talking about not being guided through a game. He said that too often games set a course for the players to run and then for an example he notes a battle going on between a freighter and a swarm of smaller ships. He talked about fractional disputes and that you could take sides or not get involved at all. THAT was the moment of interest to me. A game that would allow me to find my own way by avoiding actions as well as taking them. I don't think after all these years, and I am still on my day one game save from 2016, that this game has lived up to that. There are way too many items that I can afford but cannot buy. I must do a certain mission first to even see that thing as an option. I can't add an aquarium, a tree, a statue, a fireplace unless I follow a certain path. I think those things should be available for purchase. I have over 4 billion units with 40 billion units worth of sellable goods and I can't buy a damn fireplace.

Unlike Skyrim when they released the VR version, it was a FREE UPDATE TOO! Amazing No Man's Sky like 32 updates, where Skyrim resold what 4 versions lol

Look at the plant for Richer Shadows. There is darkness overlayed in the corner where the words Before and After to enhance the words visibility, its not the in-game shadow

Let’s give Hello Games their proper due, they are not a “triple A” studio. That’s not a slight on them. AAA studios have been putting out trash meanwhile Hello is an independent and self published studio putting out the highest quality, pro consumer updates for years. Sean Murray and Hello have put the AAA studios to shame.

6:50 there are lots of bizzarre storms in the game. One of which is localised gravity inversion. Quite dangerous when caught in it but no, he's not flying.

Pro tip: You can place Prodobodyne FCU 90° offset, so when you select "radial in" it automagically alligns CoM to CoG, making the plane stay straight up while SAS is on, without any joystick hassle. *note that in order to use regular maneuver, you still need a regular placed Prodobodyne. edit: even Scott Manley doesn't know this trick, I might make a video about some of my tips, but I give you the honor for this one if you want, nice channel and craftsmanship, loved the realistic flight profile!

NMS is amazing in VR. It took me quite a while to make it run smooth on my PCs. The game is not optimized for VR, but i do not have any crashes.
