Hole Tolerance Gauge For Screws & Bolts Designing 3D Prints In Freecad Fusion 360 Solid Works STLs
This is a hole tolerance gauge for designing 3d printed parts that have screw holes. Because 3d printers are not exact your hole sizes may not be the size that you want.
This is a small and fast print that is useful for designing laser engravers, cnc machines, or anything else that requires a zero tolerance fit.

Replacing Broken Window Regulator In A GM Chevy Cruze
Просмотров 134Год назад
Replacing a broken window regulator in a GM Chevy Cruze. This would have cost over $200 at the dealership, lucky my dad found a window regulator on ebay for about $45. Replacing the regulator was very simple and anyone can do it. Website: www.learnayg.com

DIY Hovercraft Hoverboard D I Y Project For All Ages
It's cool but your camera might need a few more pixels
I know, I'm still working on my lighting. Thank you for your comment
Pixels more like fps
This will be a handy little tool
Thank you! If you print in different materials be sure to print one for each of them
Thanks for watching! You should also print a tolerance gauge for the different filaments that you use. ABS for example shrinks a lot more than PLA
A couple notes, you can also calibrate your printer with shrinkage factors and hole scaling if you need very tight tolerances. Additionally if you print with different filament types (PLA, PETG, etc), you should print separate gauges for those as they each shrink differently. Good video though!
This is great advice. I have one of these printed in ABS because of the high shrinking. Thank you for this comment, I hope a lot of people read your comment.
Thank you for watching! I'm thinking of making a SAE (Imperial) version also, what do you think?

Going to print of them Thanks 👍👍
Nice Work !
Going to print on NOW !
Always a good piece of kit
This will help a lot Thanks
How edible is it?
It supports firmware flashing and you can edit the GRBL configuration in your laser engraving software
@ I want to eat it not edit
first time see ur share , and it look easy to build, and i am making one but got alot problem what is the legs materials ? plastic or wooden? btw, good job
Thank you for watching. For the legs you can use MDF or plywood. there are more videos showing the other steps of the build process on my channel
Quick Fix !!!
this is a nice board i have one it works well
I like it
👍👍👍 !!
This is a great help thanks
Nice setup i was just looking a one of these controllers
I wish i saw the a week ago it would have saved me a lot of time LOL
Nice !!!!!!
yo. you are cool. awesome job
Dude! This is fantastic!! You gotta post the finished result!! Great job designing and building it! Super impressive
Thank you for watching, the complete video is coming soon
Can't wait to see it!
Cool 👍
Hey man, I wanted to do something similar. I needed a total of about 6 motors and 2 servo motors, which there isn't enough GPIO pins for on the EPS32 cam. Could I hook up an Arduino Uno similarly to you, and use the Uno's GPIO pins for the motor connections? If so, how?
Yes you can, I have the Arduino and ESP32 working independently of each other. The Arduino is handling the servo and motors and the ESP32 is only operating the camera. You could also use an IO expander board like this one: www.ebay.com/itm/185859414081 It is I2C so you can go from 2 pins to 16 Here are some tutorials for it: ruclips.net/video/QoT-5RMUaxM/видео.html www.ojisanseiuchi.com/2018/05/10/Interfacing-an-ESP32-to-an-MCP23017-GPIO-expander/ www.esp8266learning.com/esp8266-mcp23017-example.php www.instructables.com/IO-Expander-for-ESP32-ESP8266-and-Arduino/ Are you making a rover style car?
@@learnayg Thank you, I am looking into the MCP23017. The project is a robot that drives around and picks up tennis balls, and shoots them as well. I want motors for the 4 wheels below the car, as well as motors for the ball intake and outtake system (which are going to be spinning wheels in front of the robot). The servo motors will connect to a ramp and a small door which will control the ball intake/outake system. One thing is that it says the MCP23017 just gives you an expansion of digital ON/OFF pins, doesnt support PWM modulation and doesnt give you analog capabilities. Would I need these for my project? The motors simply need to be able to move the robots wheels, at a certain speed. The servo motors need to be able to rotate at a certain speed/time as well.
if there wasn't an arduino on the table id think this video is from 1983
Thanks 👍😊
Can I use any type of wood for the cross?
Yes, any type of wood will work, I got the this wood from The Home Depot. In their lumber department they have a trash can with wood from the bottom of their pallets that is free to take
Nice tips
This will really come in handy
It came out very good
Wow, you’re a jack of all trades
Can’t wait to see it finished
The project is really coming together
This looks nice
This is really good, can’t wait to see how it turns out

Those hands are blessed! You are doing an amazing job! I can’t wait to see what’s next.
You are so Creative continue to keep doing great things
Great Information
Great info 👍🏽

What kind of control board are you using for it ?
I am using an Arduino Nano shield using GRBL www.ebay.com/itm/293031308297
Very helpful
Keep the info coming making me want to give it a shot awesome
