Thank you for the motivation and the positivity on your videos Issam, I've been working on my video editing business for months now, not the easiest path but so far 2-3 meetings per week. I planted many seeds a year ago, and now they're small plants I'm still watering them everyday. Each one of these small plants require different type of attention, of care and specific amount of time. I'm still not seeing the fruits but I really enjoy the process of waking everyday and watering them and taking care of them. That process makes me happy and conten. I'm so so grateful for this because when I was working as a software engineer in a toxic company I wasn't really happy. The practice is what matters not the outcome, focus on shipping the best work you can do. We get rewarded by the process (what we do daily) not by the results.

Great video! but, I want to say something is that God is equitable so why he will make someone rich and me not? what I understand is that not everyone can do it because in our society 90% of people don't have skills, languages, knowledge and they want to succeed it's impossible! as you said if you slow down and you build a strong personality that companies and people will need your skills you will make it happen. I really just had a breakdown yesterday because I fell into the trap of comparaison, I've seen a girl on YT launched her business just 3 months ago and she already had clients, looking at me which my biz basically took me 1 year and still didn't reached that level. But after I cried for an hour, I've reminded myself of this quote "Just because you took longer, doesn't mean you failed", and it's true everyone is different and things that come easy will go easy, also we never know the reason why it took us that long maybe we need more time to craft our skill maybe we still need to learn something, you never know. So the thing is, it's really important to slow down and give each phase the time it deserves and stay away from social media because you only see people sharing their wins and how it took them only 1, 3, 4 months to achieve X,Y, and Z. Social media has ingrained the concept of easy money and easy success into our subconscious minds because it’s a marketing strategy used to get our attention. Our minds always look for the easy way out. I also fall into this trap again and again, but I'm learning to be realistic and focus on my craft without getting distracted.
