Just realized the bands costume.. is based on different styles of "Emo" in 2005 with a slight twist ImPushing 35 in July 25 and I remember all of it,, 0:48 The MCR Emo "The Goth kind" 1:28 The Pop Punk Skater kind ala New found glory , Fall out boy and Blink emo 1:44 - The dashboard confessional or secondhand serenade emo "Handsome boy acoustic" 2:38 - The classic screamo ala Saosin, Chiodos , The Used emo 2:50- The Panic at the disco/ The Killers... But its missing the guitar swinging Post Nu metal kind ala.. Story of the year..i think I'm putting these neither the The screamo kind or The Pop PUnk skater kind

I agree with what Steve said about other genres of Music being more, say, Hopeful and Inspiring. I'm sure one of the reasons why I newly resonate with #emolife is as a way to cope, y'know, with a couple big crappy things that happened on top of the General Crap of the past few years. I'm lowkey a little upset about missing the original wave of emo music bc I actually love this genre. Sucks that I was born just late enough to not be able experience it firsthand.

Back then everyone had flat hair, I remember thinking everyone's hair looked greasy, and heavy. But yes the 2000's are the 80s for GenZ. Just like the 80s and 90s are for Millennials and the 1960s and 1970s are for Generation X and the 1950s are for Baby Boomers.

So Monk & I were there for Jordan's first time as Singer/Frontman at the Concert Lounge on 3-31-23 and it changed our Lives! 2.5 plus hour set, it was Amazing! We LOVED this Band even though we didnt know what Emo Music was yet.
