That’s awesome to hear. Nitro has come a long way since then. The fuels are much better and user friendly. Run a nice 20% with a decent oil content and the tuning window is very easy to get right. I recommend the vp basher blend in 20%

It can be. The carpet is brand new this season so traction is way up. Traction rolling has been a problem. The track is also small so there not a lot of racing room in some spots

@rynks_rc it does look a bit tight and small, but it's still a nice track. Because I love in a country where the language is not English. I can't race here as I would just have no idea on what's going on. Bit we have a crazy track on the top of a shopping mall, which is a bit unique, but it's always hot here, so ya would sweat ya cheecks off 😅

@ yea winters coming here so we have to hide indoors lol I got the handling issues somewhat sorted out. Too much driver error in the main and getting hit a lot just made it too much to overcome. It was the 2nd fastest truck by lap time pretty much all day

@rynks_rc your racing is good but sometimes things happen that racing. We don't get winter here in Malaysia it's 30 to 34 degrees Celsius 365 it's either hot and dry or hot and wet. I seen snow once and it was ok for 3 day after that I was over it. Where I was born in Australia we get between 0 to 47 degrees Celsius so snow is not a thing for us.

That’s cool. The 3.3 in a good engine and with the ez start make life easier. The jatos rip. I don’t have one yet since they don’t seem to come up for sale used as much. Waiting for a killer deal to come by

@rynks_rc there a bit difficult to get but I can get one here in Malaysia so going to grab it. I'm from Australia and I had never seen a Traxxas there but there a bit more common here where I work.

@rynks_rc nope we have many nitro cars here and you can buy VP racing nitro fuel and many other brands. It's a very modern country and tons of money with Supercars and luxury cars everywhere. Many are surprised when they come to Asia and the big cities. I travel all over Asia for work it's a great place. I just went to Japan for a two week work trip and stocked up big times it's so cheap there.

I have another set of the deep dish wheels for it going to get a legit stadium truck tire before I take it to the track

Ordered new gears for the bell so it should be up and running eventually. It’s not very big so a .18 and a 2 speed depending on how they geared it should rip

@rynks_rc it looks sweet and wil be waiting for a follow up video. I have worked in Asia for 10yrs now but when I go home to Australia I might see if my mate will sell them as I know there not being used anymore.

I have taken it to the track and thrown it around and other than it being quite heavy it rips. I recommend it to anyone who would like to give racing a shot and know there going to be a bit harder on there equipment while trying to get the hang of it
