Can you grow flowers in this system?

In the manual it says to screw in the larger Pump adapter. In the video it says the small adapter. Can you please let me know what is the correct size? Thank you

2:03 this sounds like a classic case of not researching before you buy. I had a friend in high-school buy a "universal sunroof" for a Honda, goes home cuts a square into the roof of his van without reading any instructions beyond that point. I had to weld sheet to the hole to fix his van.

My biggest issue is convincing my wife that hydroponically grown vegetables are as good as conventionally grown or store-bought vegetables. She even says that the basil and dill weed that I grew hydroponically was not as good as soil grown. I think it is all in her head and influenced by other ppl telling her that it isn't as good.

I just took mine apart to clean after about 6-8 months. I've only had 3 or 4 plants grow well out of the 16 planted and I didn't think I'd have to assemble it again after doing it that first time. I think it's gonna stay taken apart. Might be a good product for people with access to reverse osmosis water, cleaning stations nearby, and whatever else is wrong with what i did but i'm ready to just eat the money for it and call it a loss

The reverse osmosis water recommended is too expensive and time consuming to get for our family. We used tap water which is second best. It leaves a hard build up. Algae gets stuck in small spaces where a toothbrush won't even reach. We are on day 2 of thoroughly cleaning our 2 towers after 3 months of use since the last clean where I did it this simple way. We are trying a method where you use hot tub shock in the bath tub. After 24 hours if this doesn't work we will try CLR which is also recommended by other users. I wish it were this easy to maintain but its not.

So the timer is only for the lights, and the pump runs continuously? Can I add a timer to the pump and just run it for 15 minutes every hours, or does this specific design have to have a continuous waterflower?

Please can you make more videos showing different vegitables and fruits growing in the tower, to help us further learn of things to do or not do with the variety of plants we can grow.
