I think a lot of people are mad at JJF is because the tight ends appear to have issues with blocking. Especially the 1st half of the season. JJF and BB is not on the same level. BB has been the OL coach for too long for 1 bad year to determine his fate at OU.

A 20-30th ranked or higher Offense would be fine, just don't rely so much on the hurry up, use it more sporadically to throw off the opposing D. I think a few of the current Offensive staff will leave, Joe Jon and maybe DeMarco, most will stay and hopefully Arbuckle brings in a few of his own coaches, especially to help with the change in scheme.

As just a college football fan, I'm fascinated how so many highly-regarded P4 teams seem to have imploded - Michigan, FSU, Oklahoma, USC, Utah, Alabama. Not that I'm complaining. This reminds me of football when I was in college in the 60s - many different powers, upsets coming any weekend. Texas #1 played #2 Navy in the Cotton Bowl. Pitt and Syracuse were powerhouses.

Arkansas and Vanderbilt are teams fighting to just be bowl eligible. If it was BYU and Miami losing to those teams, they wouldn't even be ranked in the top 25, yet Alabama and Tennessee are top 10 and playoff bound. It's a rigged system. 😤

My question is - can Michigan handle MSU like OSU has? Bringing the A game on the road - I think a necessary championship ability. While OSU last year amazing - nothing like a slip going house and a silly 15 yard PF during a key drive to unsettle any team. College games can be SO unstable - and quickly inexplicably go hard one way or the other.

The thing about the Pac collapsing is that the exact same thing happened to the Big 12 and we survived! But that's because we added UCF, Cincy, Houston and BYU all at once. Pac isn't doing anything to expand because they're waiting for a new media rights deal that hasn't happened yet!
