This walked you through 1 new class, the other being Blood Assassin (as it sounds blood magic mixed into stealth and archery for a potent, and I mean potent combination). This is still one of my favourite games and I picked up the collectors edition second hand for a pitiful £1 but that introduced me to the game and the short story that accompanies the expansion I would advise reading (I could have done with a series of novels for broken world alone, wonderfully twisted). This game is massively under-rated and poorly represented if the IGN video is anything to go by.

Good game with excellent graphics and battles that make you think. I have played the German campaign on normal setting and will try the Russian one too (I'm a German fan so always prefer them).. The fights seem hard but you just need to figure out the winning strategy and do it. Like in the first mission, an important tip is to use Stukas to warm up the enemy defenders before you launch your ground attack to take the station. Any WW2 war fan should play this game and enjoy the fights & strategy.

Uhmm...you do know you commented on the wrong game? Blitzkrieg 2 was bad, Blitzkrieg 1 was great, Blitzkrieg 2: expansion (the video is of this game) was a homage to Blitzkrieg 1 and actually a better game. It's hard, it has realistic shooting/view ranges (not even Blitzkrieg 1 had those) and very similar gameplay, they deticated the exp to make Blitz 2 as Blitz 1. You should really check out "Fall of the Reich" and what it is about. This coming from a guy who played Blitz1 online for long time.

If you have played the FIRST Blitzkrieg you know this game is shitty. At least that is my opinion, everything is wrong the 3D graphics are not well balanced, textures look blurry even on highest setting, controls are clunky etc. This is my experience as a Blitzkrieg 1 veteran

@Aethelhald : you gave two more reasons. There are so many reasons why operation Barbarossa failed. For the reason why the Germans did not had their women take over the factory production so that more soldiers can be used is because Nazi Germany had a doctrine that women's place was to stay in the home and were to raise children. Instead Nazi Germany relied on enslaved foreign workers which unfortunately led to wide variation in quality in the produced goods of war surplus

@TheHolyGreatMango : There are many reasons why operation Barbarossa failed. Invading Russia is a logistical nightmare. First of all Russia is huge, even though the Germans had advanced over 480 km in the first week this made their supply lines struggle to keep up, combined this with poor condition of Russian roads and with the germans unprepared for the muddy autumn and fierce cold winters, which eventually slowed the german advance, by the time the Germans reach Moscow they were out of steam

Also I wouldn't rank German engineering as nr.1 best. The point that got them that far were superior tactics, combined arms and skilled soldiers on individual basis and command level. They actually trained their army while Russians just showed Ivan a tank and made farmers drive them. Also they had fresh real combat experienced troops. War was lost to attrition, something that every western country was hoping earlier. That Germany would bod gown and bleed itself dry and be an easy pushover.

Some controversial historians actually argue how wrong Stalin was. It's now thought that Stalin actually managed to relocate most of the production lines before the war started. Before they were closer to the borderline but thanks to them being a little far back they could work literally even in battle as some factories shurned out tanks even if a part of the factory was captured. This is what won the war. Germans calculated that the production would be halted not increase.

@OPworldwideIA What do you mean where did i get my brain fomr ? the German army had far better tech then anyone at that time frame its just most of it was to enginnering needing to be able for large numbers to be feilded and maintained. IE Tiger tank series and the large Train mounted artillary gun seires They were just to needly in there engineering needs. If germany had a larger production cap the brits would prob speak german right now and germany would be the New German Empire

@davidilko im sorry but you all are wrong . German was sided with the Soviet Union and they both invaded poland in 1939. Shortly after hilter betray the soviet union . As the result of operation Barbossa . Russia was getting there asses kicked untill the United States and the united Kingdom started Lend lease . Even then russia only did some damage because it had far more troops . That was the only place the germans lacked .
