Jim needs to breakthrough the wall in Sherly's mind that keeps him from remembering who Jim is to him. Sherly has suppressed all memory of Jim but Jim knows and it's so painful. Mycroft doesn't ever want Sherly to remember and wants Jim to stay dead and out of his brother's life. But deep down he knows it's only a matter of time. The more Jim pushes and teases little by little Sherly is remembering. Pain , loss, heartbreak, death.... it's all good. His game on the roof is an attempt to make Sherly feel pain and loss so he knows. You don't know what is important to you until you lose it.

Killing your love would have to be a crime of passion. And passion is a deep dark ocean where all lovers would love to drown.

This is so sweet! Now, I am not saying I don't like the ship (far from it in fact) but could someone please tell me why people ship them? They haven't even been in the same scene in three series AND a Christmas special. I think it is a nice ship, but where in the world did it come from?

I don't understand this at all. Lestrade is a boring ass character & I don't even recall them being in a scene together & most importantly, I don't think they are gay. I am all for gay rights but it seems like most people are starving for gay couples even when there is no sign of a connection. smh
