i just recently bought the 24h3r from coldesi and it uses the same printEXP software but im having issues with my black ink - its coming out grey when i print but when i do a nozzle test it appears fine - do you have an idea about what could be wrong - ive been working with tech for a few days already and they are still trying to figure out whats going on

Couple quick questions: 1) How much do these heads generally cost? 2) Do you just get them from the same company as the printer or amazon/ebay, and have couple always on hand when needed? and 3) How often do you theink they will last or need to be changed? Question. My UV DTF printer keeps printing the images blurry. I notice that in photoshop the images are blurry when i open them, but when I open the image in adobe illustrator they are very clean and are not blurry. It looks like photoshop is making them blurry and my uv dtf printer prints them out blurry because of it. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.

Hi I have this exact printer but I’m struggling to print a white background on clear acrylic so that the colour shows up I’ve done the “spot channels” in photoshop putting my image on a white background and it will not print a white background for me are you able to help?
