My gear is bad and not max and cant get good dmg and cooldown reduction so use attack speed to reduce cooldown to become alive do you have plan for good dmg

There aren’t any good damage builds for the Sorc. For this build you’ll need starless sky’s shako, and for fun tyrials might.

You could also drop tibalts for mage lords or put ancient flam on one of your rings and run vyrs passive or Esau’s verosity respectively.
