Best comment I read about the bands reaction to the whole banana thing (sorry I don't know who wrote it first) - The look on their faces is a combination of "Maybe we're more famous than we thought?" and "WTF is with these crazy Americans anyway?"

As far as I know there is only 1 other posted video of this particular Akane time and it shot from the reverse angle. So that you cannot see Saiki and Mincho's expression when they finally realize what we were up to. So thank you for this. This epic stunt was set up by members of the Dawn Patrol by Collin , Rene and I believe the Dudes name was Frank plus co-signed by Richard Hogan. Who then proceeded to get approval from Band-Maid's tour manager Jun, BM's videographer, Live Nation tour Rep Jessica (she's the best) and mall security who trusted us enough not to do anything stupid with the bananas or the resulting peels. Not to mention the dudes from the malls Hagen Das that were cool enough to sell us the bananas in order to pull it off. Everyone had instructions not to reveal their bananas until Akane came out from behind her drum kit. It took the Maid's longer than expected to realize what we were up to. Tastiest banana I've ever eaten!

So cool that the whole front row had bananas too.
