My CNPS10X Performa said on the product page (Newegg) that it was compatible with LGA 1700 motherboards and no extra kit was necessary but no combination of placement of screws on the Intel/AMD multipurpose bracket/backplate fits. The packaging AND manual have no mention or instructions for mounting on a LGA 1700 motherboard. Was I sent a fan without the LGA 1700 bracket/backplate included?
How to change the rgb pls
Just received this today and it keeps my i9 9900K cool at 77C max temp. in Furmark CPU burner test ran for 10 minutes. Very impressive performance for $20.

do you mean the fans? if so... no, those are included with the case. but if you buy a base version of the case, then you might not have the fans included.

Hey guys, for those trhat cant change the fan colors or want to change the colors when you purchase, make sure to get the TEMPERED version like the description says. Tried contacting them and see if they can send replacement fans. the regular version doesn't have adjustable rgb
Yup i did this mistake...Ordered the wrong RGB one...Just sent it back today for the aRGB case for just $5 more

I really wish the Zalman Z1 had hinges rather than screws for the glass side panel. Only thing this i3 case is missing in my opinion is an optical drive bay. Or two.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the center panel with the grid? One fan makes noise and put a dust filter, and remove the panel, I'm afraid to break it
I just bought an OPTIMA 2 white for my 1155 and the instructions ARE SO TERRIBLE!!! There are no words, theres no info about orientation of the mount and backplate, and I have no idea if I need to keep the original CPU mount on or not! But they did have enough ink to print that I shouldnt eat the thermal paste. Thanks, china! For such a nice product this is freaking absurd... And to top it off their videos dont help either LOL
The installation is just ffing garbage. I dont get why they keep making it more obnoxious to install instead of simply being 4 screw install.

FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME, STOP ADDING RAINBOW LED CRAPpy FANS INTO YOUR CASEs. THIS ISN'T 2005 ANYMORE. It would've been much better to include just one black 120mm fan in the rear.
I have noticed most RGB fans tend to have a slower max speed than your regular ol common case fans. Guess the addition of LEDs cause just enough power draw that they have to tone them down a bit. I still want some fancy RGB action lol. If you have an acrylic or tempered glass side panel, it's just how she goes.

i have a question how much cable managements space do we have at the back of the case?
I own this case and although shallow, it is an atx case after all so it should be enough with good enough routing technique if dealing with a larger amount of cables.

@@arditj no, that will mess up the direction of air flow. air is meant to go in from the front and out the back, nothing to do with the sides

Are these fans PWM?
I received mine today, so I can answer this. They are 3 pins. The 3 in front are connected to an extension cable which is a 4 pin.👍

It's alright but the problem will be that the fan doesn't change colors, there static rgb. I own it and got this case like 4 weeks ago as I built my first gaming pc

@@zalman4471 I just want to say that I bought this cooler last month for an older 6700K build on a Gigabyte Z170 mobo, and it's working great! It reads between 23c and 30c between the four cores according to AIDA64 Business. I've been running the 6700K overclocked to 4.2ghz with 3600mhz ddr4 with tight timings 15,15,15,36 so it's fast.. This cooler is phenomenal!
