Great show again. Ive followed this young lady since she moved there to be honest. I'll tell you why I think her songs are going viral . There's lots of female fans from late teens up to her age bracket and they relate to Erin's songs on tik tok. I think they are living through her like if they could write and sing songs they would sing what she writes. Because she's a role model for them. As far as her relationship from a distance I think he couldn't handle her getting a little traction and fame and he wanted a regular housewife. If I had to explain it the same thing I thought about Alexandra Kay. Her ex same thing I see Erin dating a guitar player or musician so they can chase there dreams together. That's what happened to AK . She's completely happy now and I think Erin will as well.

There are apps that you can do these ear training exercises on. Cool stuff. Who did the sound on this? Is there a noise gate or De-Esser set wrong...making JB sound like he has a lisp?

Great content but let the guy answer the question that he’s trying too before cutting him off with another question. Polish up on that and let your guest do most of the talking…..helps you and the viewers get the info we want to hear and allows the guests to have time to share interesting stories that these musicians have about certain things they have experience through the years.

The best affordable tweed amp is the fender blues deluxe. I’ve been using one for ever and they are perfect for home and stage. You can get one used for $500 all day.

I love paisley! But it did crack me up how un articulate he was about what each lick was from a harmonic standpoint. Like contrasting that with Mayer for instance who knows exactly what part of scale and what intervals he’s playing, it’s kinda entertaining. And does go to show many of the greats know very little theory. It’s musicians who write music not theoreticians. Man can the guy play!

AK seems like a sweet person. After listening to a lot more of her story on The Zak Kuhn Show (Feb.2024), I appreciate her & her singing even more. She’s so much more than the coffee girl now that I know way more of her life’s story. She’s so much more…Powerful woman for not giving up, & I’m sure there were times she wanted to. Amen ! you have to learn on the gig. Very little you do at home works on the Gig and it changes from venue to venue. My trick to getting CLOSE to gig tone is to. Set your sound while playing a track of similar music you will be performing. And you will still need to make adjustments in the field that’s why most pros have an Eq on their board. It’s inexpensive but priceless on a gig. And like he said you have to learn how to hear the frequencies you need to boost and cut.

As far as the harmonica, I understand ZZ and the placement for it. But myself and other fans wouldn't be upset if she stuck it in her mouth on every song!
