The customer phone came to my workshop without power, can't charge. The motherboard short circuit.
After Visual diagnostic checking, I found out that the battery spoil as well. So it need to be replace a new one as well.

Hi how are things? I am trying to see how to somehow replace that dark and shiny sector that holds the central part of the membrane, which is like an area of metal or sheet metal. At certain frequencies they vibrate because they are loose and they lack that. I don't know if it's a ring made of some material, or just glue of some kind. It’s not like that I can’t even open the phone it was just like black screen 1# and tried opening is just show a no battery screen
What happened if we couldn't disconnect the battery before disconnect the display?
Better be safe and always Disconnect battery before anything un-plug/ plug connectors. If you didn't uplug the battery at first and the phone was still in the On, while you plug the display already sometime display will appear, but if not just unplug battery then plug it. Then turn the phone on,See result. If really confused and not sure what to do better bring it to the nearest technician in your area and tell them honestly what you did first. So the technician will analyze it more faster than thinking what happen on what the phone problem or possible happen.

This is pointless, should you have plugged back the removed screen it would of worked for a short time black screen issue cannot be resolved this way.

I bought a secondhand a71 phone. Somebody has done the exact thing. The only difference is that they haven't piggyback onto the Flex Cable Ribbon. They have used a wire to connect the above points on motherboard to charging port directly.
