Would have liked to hear the truck running - good music -but I think we are here for the cruiser. Info is good too, it you would like to add. How do you like it as a daily driver? Stock? Steering, acceleration, comfort etc. just a thought.
You suppose to stop on neutral to save wear on the clutch bearings. You will learn that after few years driving manual. You cant avoid getting rear ended, but you can avoid hitting the car in front of you by not following to closely. Cheers!
I have had several stick shift rigs in my 42 years of driving and I have never coasted to a light. Both my parents and several of my uncles are professional truck drivers they don't coast to a light either. You are supposed to push in the clutch and down shift to the stop light mostly in 2nd, then start at the light in 1st let the engine slow you down not using the brakes so much. The clutch has a throw out bearing to help release and engage the clutch it only works when pressing the clutch pedal, if your throw out bearing is bad your method of driving would make sense until it is repaired, but day to day driving with a good drive train you should keep your transmission engaged. The theory is that if you get whacked from behind your feet fall off the pedals and your car stalls while in gear preventing it catapulting into the intersection. Your method of driving if your feet fell off the pedals you would be free wheeling into the intersection or the car in front of you. I don't know about your state but I am pretty sure that is how it is explained in our driving manual here that you down shift coming to a stop.
Doing that on Intersections, Uphill, downhill, would make more sense, not every time thought. Besides brakes are cheaper than clutches lol. Also, if im towing a trailer I would downshift to help breaking. Understand your point but lets not exaggerate :) My Uncle with 84 years of experience said so. lol Cheers!
Picking up bad driving habits is pretty easy. I am sure if you looked up your local traffic laws you will find "coasting" is illegal, not that a cop will cite you for it while driving but if you cause an accident while coasting you will be found at fault (ie: when you are launched into the car in front of you while coasting from a rear ender). I am not going to argue about your driving habits I was just trying to help you understand the danger of coasting, keep doing I only hope you don't drive behind me.
There is always someone that has something to say, and/or opinions to add. It's ok. (p.s If I get rear ended while Im holding the breaks and I hit the car in front of me, either I got rear ended at 100MPH or I was following to closely.) Cheers!
Okay little arms

I love Land cruiser 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Drove an old really beat up one my dad had about 7 years ago. Like it was just an engine and tyres. Still love it more than my Mercedes. A true beast.
It makes you feel the car more tbh. Anything around the 2000s really made the car feel like it's all mechanical and not electronic
Gasoline.?

We start in iran with gear 2 because the power of this car is hige.
What’s your fuel consumption?
Kevin Allison We don’t talk about that lol In all seriousness though they normally get somewhere between 10 and 15 mpg.

Driving vehicle with manual transmission is gooooooooooood.
Can't hear the land! only the pop music.
Coasting in neutral to the stop light may bite you someday if you ever get rear ended then slingshot into the person in front of you.
