For Trivium, I have Silence In The Snow, What The Dead Men Say, and In The Court Of The Dragon signed. Probably would’ve been better to mention that but it is what it is. Great band. Anyways, thanks for watching.
Both albums are really good, but….. I think I’ll go with Seasons.
@@BlinkPS2 nice👍🏿
sevendust in general is more radio friendly than static x by far . Dont see why youd compare these 2 bands tbh
@@BryanHersch they came out around a similar time. Not exactly the same time but a similar time. Both are from the Nu Metal era. They’ve toured together. With these albums, both bands went more radio friendly compared to the albums that came before them so I figured it would be interesting to compare these albums.
Seasons is awesome I will see them in New York!!
@@Roman58sm Definitely. Oh nice👌🏻
Great review man!
@@DylanTheCDCollector thanks man
Nice review of the latest Arch Enemy single. Sounds like a good one.
@@tainted_lord87 thanks. Yeah it’s pretty good.
You don't like die the flu ????????????????????????? 1:52
I do like the song. Around The Fur to me is a perfect album and I kind of had to go based on replay value to make my choice for weakest song on that album.
@@mjnation7876 okay I understand, thx for replying tho it's been 2yrs but u a real dude 4 that
Both great albums but Sevendust's Seasons edges out Static-X's Shadow Zone just a little bit.
@@tainted_lord87 nice🤘🏻
I’m going to go with Seasons by Sevendust in my opinion! Shadow Zone is good too but Seasons by Sevendust is better.
@@DylanTheCDCollector same👌🏻
I have most of them, including a few picture discs and the eagle shaped but signed by the band, including the original blood pack............
Will be sure to check these out, I don't know much about 90s rock so I'm excited to expand my horizons :) That red hot chilli peppers album I actually did know already, I guess they're pretty main stream compared to say Mr Bungle lol. Actually I think the first time I heard them was during their super bowl performance and looked them up after.
This Darkened heart is my favourite metalcore album ever and my favourite song is Focus shall not fail. This is actually the song that made me listen to it after 13 years break from it. Another one of my favourites are For salvation and Regret not
You’re great at this! I’d watch you go year by year to the present
You covered most of the best albums from 1991 for sure. I also like COC - Blind and Sepultura - Arise from that year.
@@kevingartland723 For sure. If I was talking top 10 metal albums of 1991, those albums would definitely be in my list.
Really great list. Mr. Bungle is a favorite.
@@Mattomega thanks. Their self titled album is pretty good for sure.
Skid row - slave to the grind Soundgarden - bad motor finger Guns and roses Use your Illusion I/II Alice cooper - hey stupid Nirvana - Nevermind RHCP - Blood sugar sex magic Metallica - self titled OZZY Osborne - no more tears
Awesome top albums from 1991. I'm not surprised to see Nirvana & Soundgarden in there.
@@tainted_lord87 thanks. Yeah those have to be there, especially Soundgarden.
Nirvana - Nevermind Pearl Jam - Ten Red Hot Chili Peppers - Blood Sugar Sex Magik Soundgarden - Badmotorfinger Primus - Sailing The Seas Of Cheese Guns N’ Roses - Use Your Illusion I Ozzy Osbourne - No More Tears Guns N’ Roses - Use Your Illusion II Metallica - The Black Album

I thought this was a song by Kamala Harris
Overkill all the way!!! 🤘
A justice poster next to an Alien poster. Looks like part of my personality.
@@micahrutland9021 hell yeah👌🏻
what year you got into metal? and what were ur entry albums?
Awesome job dude !!!. You should do a day in the life. Media searching if ya do it. Do you like or have ya heard of. Eighteen visions. 36 crazyfists. Demon hunter. 40 below summer. Spineshank. Dry kill logic. American head charge. Bleeding through. Atreyu. Throwdown .
Alien or predator? What do you think about the nu metal resurgence that’s been happening? have you seen The bee keeper and what do you think about it ? have you gotten into any new bands or rappers this year ? Who’s your all time favorite band ? Who is your big four of nu metal ? Who is your big four of thrash ? who’s your top 10 favorite rappers? What do you think of the state of modern films and Hollywood these days ? What do you think about the recent assassination attempt on the former president? Who’s your favorite band that sings about politics? What do you think Rap and metal need to do to evolve? Xbox or PlayStation ? What’s your favorite anime? cats or dogs ? who’s your favorite classic rock or metal band ?
Congratulations bro
Persistence has got the better vocals but I like the range and scope of the deeper tracks more on Horrorscope and some of the vocal lines are extremely catchy. I understand what the lyrics refer to more on Persistence though, they're not as general as on Horrorscope. Overall, Horrorscope by a hair.
Congratulations on hitting 700 subs!
congrats!!
Congratulations on 700 subscribers man!
Both albums are fantastic. Horrorscope is my favorite Overkill album and Persistence of Time might be my favorite Anthrax album too. I prefer the darker side of Anthrax, as opposed to the silly rap garbage they dabbled in. That stuff really sucked. I respect Overkill as a band more than Anthrax. They never deviated from the original thrash foundation. For that reason, I'm giving a slight edge to Overkill in this one.
Sick collection man ihave 60 genre of metal cd iwant to get more 😢
Both solid albums. Not sure which I like more, but I might also go with Persistence of Time, but like you, my mind could change.
@@zachdproductions123 right on👌🏻
Im also picking anthrax but both are great
Definitely going with Anthrax for this one.
I’m going with Anthrax on this one!
Havent relistened to adrenaline too much Dai the Flu isnt the worst, but its hard to pick a song to replace it too Pink maggit imo is better than back to school Anniversary is rlly good but i get it cuz its basically an instrumental Pink cellphone is probably deftones's only bad song 976-EVIL???? Bruh what. Diamond eyes has no weak songs but i'd expect CMND/CTRL (i love cmnd/ctrl but it isn't as good as the others) What happened to you...? Bro idk man cuz koi no yokan also has no weak songs but i'd expect swerve city or MAYBE poltergeist, but not what happened to you? Pittura is the same case as dai the flu, it's not the worst but it's not SO amazing that it'd be easy to find a song to replace it This link is dead is mid, i agree. Its a shame cuz itd have been a good song if chino turned off that damn filter and did some clean vocals

I have all Bullet CDs, All Trivium except for Ember to inferno, all A7x and now I'm searching for ATR's The fall of ideals, Overcome and The Order of things. I can't find them anywhere in my country tho so that's gonna be tough for sure
@@mobafan3713 cool man. Huh interesting. When it comes to tough CDs to find, I usually look on eBay or Discogs.
I do agree on Alice In Chains and Korn for sure. I would also add Fates Warning, Live, Bush, and some others.
The best answer to this question is Pantera.

Solid song. Hopefully we get that new AILD album later this year!
@@zachdproductions123 Agreed. Yeah hopefully. I’m guessing we will but who knows.
Solid track! Not as great as Burden but I still really enjoyed this new track for sure! Ryan’s clean vocals sound great and Tim’s screams are really great as usual.
