From the Dark Side: Podcast
Добавлен 9 июл 2020
Welcome weirdos! I’m Sheri and I discuss disappearances, true crime cases and occasionally other strange stuff without all the banter. Please subscribe! 💀
I lost my teenage son Michael in 2019 and grief and heartache are a part of my daily life. I understand what it’s like to lose someone who is a part of you. A person whose life meant more to you than your own and you loved more than you love yourself.
I became interested in true crime in 1991 when I was 10 years old watching Unsolved Mysteries. I waited by the mailbox for the weekly missing person flyer to arrive. It is such an honor to be able to tell the stories of victims and be an advocate for them and let people know they did exist.
I am on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music. From the Dark Side!

Hello Sheri! I so look forward to your videos. Have a great week. Sending love from Pennsylvania ❤❤
Hi sherrie! 👋❤️ keep up the good work!
This case has always intrigued me. So many unanswered questions
i just found your channel and i love it so much ❤
Good morning Sheri from Pennsylvania!! Hope you have a great week! ❤🐕🐈⬛🐾🐾
You are a great storyteller.
Life eternal, the lyrics he left along with his suicide note, he sad he wrote it 17 years ago (at the age of 5) I think you should've mentioned this here. Cause that's quite poetic, imo.
15:09 Not true, Euronymous didn't decide to make that photo the cover of their next album. That's a myth. Euronymous later sent this picture he took of Dead being dead to some friend over the seas in Canada for some reason (maybe he sold it?), and that friend decided to put it as a cover of a live bootleg recording he issued in 1995 (and not their next album, this happened 4 years after Dead's death). How can you mess up something like that? :D The pieces of Dead's skull he allegedly have to make neklaces to gift to bands he admired, were later revealed to be chicken bones, I'm not sure about this, but so I heard...
His brother in a later interview told the media that he was bullied and beaten so hard that's why he ruptured his spleen.
Euro fucked him up
Love this true crime podcast ❤ I tune in every week
Keep up the good work! ❤️
Maybe she took off. As much as we think she was a great mom, she may of resented the fact that she went to college to have a career only to end up staying home with kids while her husband jetsetted all over building up his career and being the bred winner. Police stated the scene appeared superficial. Remember, her parents died, and she went to foster care and then had to intigrate into a large family of her aunts. So she was probably goid at hiding her true feelings and just being a good girl and going through the motions. The abortion theory sounds possible. Maybe it wasnt the dentist she went to. Back then woman had to have their husband sign for this procedure. The phone being ripped out, the phone book being opened could of been to throw police off. Her body would of been found if she had died from having a procedure I would think. Either way very strange.
I think he was just an idiot.
Elizabeth sounds way more interesting than anybody else in this story! Who convinces a group of people that they they are not only one half of a missing couple but, additionally, that they killed the other missing half of the 2 just for the hell of it? Elizabeth sounds like one of those people who are never boring to be around.
* bacteriologist 😉
Fantastic story, well narrated x.
THE WEAKEST LINK IN THEIR ENDEAVOR WAS THE UNSAFE, RICKETY BOAT -- AND ITS THE ONLY SURVIVOR!?!
"I wonder if I will ever wear pretty shoes again?" That's a very strange thing to say IMO. Its either Bessie being melodramatic, or perhaps, it was a cry for help. Very strange case.
He definitely isn't living a new life somewhere. He either climbed down from the Ugly Tuna's balcony and fell into a dumpster, while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, which then got taken out by the garbage truck while he was unconscious, or left through the service exit and did indeed fall into a hole and managed to be hidden under rubble, before builders accidentally covered concrete over him. Given the statistics those are the only two likely theories, both crazy, but if he wasn't seen on any other cctv outside the bar, where else could he have gone!? Even if he was murdered he would've shown up on other cctv before it happened or there'd be footage of a person or two carrying a body or something that you could hide a body inside.
Hi Sherry. Have a nice week❤
I'm a recovering addict and it's a horrible disease not only that it's unfortunately normal to not hit in your arms anymore and hands are the next step, I hate what the drug had done to my favorite singer and myself, I never left the house during my time using it basically consumes u..
Good morning Sherri good to be here !
Ngl he would have blown up , looks/talent/ personality/ aura
Hello Sherry, hope you are well!❤
I love how when you scroll through the people in the description everyone looks all scary and then Sam Dunn is just happy to be there
This chick and her family absolutely KILL me. That they insisted that girls name be on that memorial is just SOOOOO DISRESPECTFUL to everyone who DID die that terrible day
True
We could all see how special & unique his voice was & how much raw talent he harnesses. I only wish he could've seen it the way we do. If he could've seen himself through our eyes, he would still be here belting out the raw emotions
oh my goodness Sherry. My eye doctor would not be happy with me. I haven't had my contacts out in 2 weeks! I'm so bad. Love your podcast!!🐕🐈⬛🐾🐾🐻
👏
Missy was shot
It's weird how you change up present and past tense narration in the same sentences. Check your grammar. It's appalling that you start this tragic story out "excited about your new microphone" and go on to read this like a storyteller at a library reading a children's book. If you're going to exploit a talented, dynamic man's death and a disturbed woman's fate for clout, perhaps you should try working on your tact. I don't say any of this to be mean and I'm not being overemotional - these are just observations I've made 5 minutes in. I came across this looking for the Big Savage podcast and since I can't find anything other than a followup episode from 2020 I was hoping to find a video of it here. I searched for that one BECAUSE an article spoke of how compassionately the two hosts approached the matter. Seeing what I believe is the contrast, I hope my observations help. Take care.
Why wasn't the best friend charged? This is beyond diabolical.
wallpaper video
the lack of action by the parents to just drive to get their son is more mystifying the longer the story went on. Hindsight is 20/20 and all that, but that's just crazy to me.
Always do love this podcast! more power 👋
I live in cumberland i remember this . I think he was refusing to get back with her . And it was her idea to meet up there to fool around to try to get him back and he didnt want to get back with her . Everyone up here knew she was full of it
He probably had it on hold/mute it would explain the silence after him saying, " oh shit"
Love you videos and your voice. Look forward to your uploads❤
yey! another case to listen ❤️
Your Videos are a great work companion. Thank You
Great video. Love your storytelling/narrating. Kept me interested the whole time.

Sherry one is not safe anywhere anymore . What a sad world in which we now live in!😢
1st 👋
Good stuff, I've been looking for a documentary about this for *_years._* I kind of absorb things better though spoken word and visuals than reading, even though I studied English Literature for two years when I was in high school. 👌🏻
Another case 👏 thanks for this sherrie 👋
She was blue. Like that 90s song. Also after she died they drove that far with her dead body. It's like the movie little miss sunshine I believe that's the name of the movie
