After playing hockey my entire life due to work, life and other things, I ended up stepping away from the game I love for over 20 years. I started this channel mostly because people started pushing me to do so in order to document my come back of sorts when I returned to the ice after 23 years off skates.
It started as just a way to get some exercise but has now changed to having the goal to potentially returning to playing in Div 1 Men's League, so I hope you join my on this adventure to see my successes and failures along the way. Either way it's bound to be a blast with some laughs, some tears possibly and who knows what else...

We threw mics on a couple of U15 players that were out for a skate and Coho Connie came back to stop more pucks. We had a special guest in net this week, Coho Connie, and she put on a show stopping almost everything. We put the mic on Mike Klacmera this week and it turned out pretty well for the first time having the mic on. The pace is getting quicker and the goalies aren't having as much fun as they used to... It doesn't look like it and you wouldn't think it is, but that small rink is killer on the body. Always on an edge and no coasting at all, great work out.

Yeah, left the gopros behind for the most part and now use the GH6, but need to find a camera man that can keep the skaters in the frame lol

Tough one, you definitely want to get used to not tying your skates too tight and build the strength in your ankles up.

You should for sure bring the camera out to our games, would enjoy seeing that. Haha you're doing great! I could see most improved and would have never guessed you were off skates that long.
