But if ppl just toss em in they’re gonna piece together bangers but is it really them and not Mickey Nox? Sound design is 90% of producing industrial techno IMO. I feel a lot of NE BIA/MI vibes from this I grabbed the combo up the other day (random and random metal .. was like $60 USD or something) Saw the vid and was like damn. I sample a lot of foley shit when out and about .. clean it up in RX and get to work in ableton.. always banging on metal shit and recording it.. so thought this right up my alley. Cool VST but take some time to really dial in the sound in your head bc of the non traditional parameters

Could you do a video on leads? What I love about your tracks, and producers like Patrick DSP, is that they often don’t rely on a melodic lead. Instead, there’s a percussive lead that really drives the track. Without it, the whole thing wouldn’t be as interesting.

Very good sounds. It made me pull up some real old stuff I've had for years. Remember names like wumpscut, seabound, painstation, snog, kmfdm, front line assembly (sado-masochist (abandoned mix by velvet acid christ)). That song in particular got me all started in the techno genre.

Thanks mate. The synth on the drop is not a guitar, (i get that a lot, as it does sound like one). I did it in old "Massive". Just a LOT of automation on almost every single knob of the vst and an extensive fx chain (ableton units). Cheers! -S

Been listening to your productions for quite a while and I literally found out today that you make tutorials. Wow! I definitely learned a lot from this. I’m so stuck with the idea that I cannot use loops or stock racks and have to make everything myself, but that mindset isn’t helpful for me.

yeah corpus is one of those overlooked underrated tools that are too complex at first glance to mess around with but when you put in the time to learn it the return on the investment is oh my dog that sounds incredible how did i just do that?!

Corpus works great with the grain delay, Ableton has great stock effects for techno that aren't always talked about.

A mr carmack sub trick...select the kick tight- corpus pre set, put it on an 808...its a cheat code man. play with the tuning you will get HUGE subs

I love corpus and now I love it even more! I can’t wait to take some tracks from the archive just sittin around and I’m gonna corpus them to new lives. It’slile some things I’ve made have good rhythms but I didn’t quite make interesting sounds for them so maybe a new corpus will shake them awake

i use Corpus with the lfo at 10% of the Amount and then 1/4 and then on pipe mode with the pipe tune at C-1 0 ct with 3 to 4 OTT for barely alive dubstep growls basses tbh no cap

In the 80s and 90s, the ducking was manual with a trim, i guess it has his feature. Work with volume fader has his advantages in creativity terms but ducking with a compressor saves a lot of time.
