Where can I buy the RT. Angle or ninety degrees Gp putter

I recently bought this device, figuring we all could use sime extra assistance in putting. however the platform that the ball sits on was a little "off center". But the box wasn't damaged so I continued to use it to find the exact ball equator line. The only thing the device did was to stain a couple of my expensive Titleist AVX golf balls with the indelible black ink in the pen that comes with the device . Personally I think this device is total f'n crap and a waste of time and money. I'm sure modern, brand-name golf balls are "tuned-in" to the correct putting line and don't require golfers to use a B.S. device like this to find the line. After using it twice, I threw it in the garbage...where it belongs!

Is this legal? I use a ordinary the long putter. the left forearm against the body. Is that ok or not?

I tried 4 different putters and never improved until John's L2. The improvement wasn't overnight, but yesterday, my golf partner commented on how much my putting has improved. Not only have I shaved 4 to 6 strokes off my game, my misses are 4 to 6", "tap ins." By the way, this video doesn't show it but John has a new grip that is fabulous.

What is the top hole to mark for? i marked a top dot, then flipped the ball and did another top dot on the other side of the ball so now i have a north and south dot, and one video said you connect those 2 dots for a line. But you marked the side hole to make a line. Which i also seen work.

Illegal stroke.. you can not anchor the top of the putter with your arm and body like that. There is a reason why regular putters are best.

Good putter but you can no longer anchor to your body like that.

This is no trick...I have the MOI MAXX 38' 78 degree model...this putter is really that good.

The "balance" of the ball is the last of my worries with all the other major factors such as the green, wind, and just human error. Matter of fact a "unbalanced" ball will be more precise than any human. Any excuse for not holing a putt from 20 feet and the best excuse is the ball isn't balanced lol come on let's get back down to EARTH

John, why not design a side-saddle putter that you can swing with a vertical shaft, but still with a 10° lie angle?

With the forearm anchor ban in place, it is now necessary to initiate the stroke with a slight forward press of the anchor arm,( left arm for right handers), which will slightly pull the forearm away from the chest. We have found that this motion actually improves the stroke. The forward press to start the motion begins a 3 count tempo and places your awareness on the anchor arm which is the primary point in the lateral line stroke.

Hi, If seeing the videos John do, is seems big sense to use this Line Putter, all train to do a "straight" putt to the hole. And this is what the line putter DO! Is only need an open mind and really see what this line putter can do for you, and the LP NOT do the angle arc the old style putter do. Hope see more but Golf is konservative sport, like we say here in Sweden - You can't learn an old dog to sitt ! THX / McRoman

when you get to the point where you're relying on someones invention to make that putt, it's time to look for another game to play

I started using this as well, and within 3 weeks of casual practice I am making more putts, and have already lowered my handicap.

Hi John. I came across your putter a few months ago while investigating a face on putter stroke. I held off purchasing anticipating the USGA ruling against anchoring, which unfortunately has come true. Anchoring seems to be the main component of this stroke especially with the heavier head. What are your results without anchoring? Is it possible to consistently putt with this putter without anchoring? Thanks

The big difference in rolling a ball and putting is the ball is not in your hand but on the ground leaving you with 2 targets, the ball and the cup. This also encourages a dominant arm mtion which can produce other issues such as hitting and steering the club into the ball.

Lateral Line putting and the L2 are USGA conforming and can be used on the tour. as to why it is not, there are several answers. The tour pros spend countless hours working on their coventional putting stroke, which would be hard to abandon. The other big reason is the money they get for using the conventional putters. However, There is a trend to "get out of the box" as has been evedent by the belly and chest putter increase. Physics and logic does not lie , change takes time.

thanks for your interest in the L2. KJ choi actually putted this way in 2 tournaments last year, the British Open and the John Deere classic. this is a USGA conforming way to putt and a USGA conforming putter. It is allowed for use in any competition. the pros have worked and developed the style they use for a long time. however, there are more and more young players going to belly and chest putters, which is a breath away from LATERAL LINE putting. thanks again,

If this is better than the usual putting style, why aren't there any touring pros using it? Has the PGA Tour banned face-on putting? My GPS distance device is USGA approved, but I can't use it in a USGA tournament.

I like your putter. I face the hole when I putt too, but I use only one arm. Works great. But, I have to make my putter in my garage. Would like a better one. Can you make one with a short shaft? Click my name below to see how my method works. I fill the hole with 8 balls from 20 feet.

Thanks for the input. There are many golfers who use the bent over, roll a ball position when they putt. While it is a good style for shorter putts, it has never been very useful for long shots. The bent over position can limit the back stroke potential which will take away the pendulum motion that a "rolling a ball" movement would have , and instead promote hitting the ball. However, if you feel you are good with your present style and position, you should stick with it. thanks, John

i putt side saddle and have found my greatest success when i emulate how i would roll a ball by hand into the hole. for me that means a definite squat, not standing tall as you advise.
