idk if you're still active but I had one of these today a 2017 and those front doors kicked my ass 2 staging there's no space. What size were the bolts cause I might have to redo it, not sure cause it got dark and couldn't see how it ended up that well. I tried to pull back the panel an peeled back the skin on my fingernails trying to pry it back lol what a nightmare I would really appreciate a response if you see this thank you!

That was absolutely precise and cosius procedure. to do maintenance on it. as I had mine half way working since it was impacted by hail storm last winter. My sincerest from Syria for your generous efforts

Excellent video. Had to remove my RS rear door on a similar, 2010 Lexus ES350. Read in another video that these doors weigh "270 lbs". Nonsense. FYI -- I weighed the RS rear door. The panel weighs 8.5 lbs and the door weighs 56 lbs. for a total of 64.5 lbs. All 4 doors ES350 don't weigh 270 lbs.Important note: If you're removing any door, unplug battery for 60 mins. before detaching wire bundle at door hinge. There are 10 air bags in a 2010 ES350. Detach battery to avoid possibly setting off airbag in door.
