Final Stage of Galbraith CDC Enduro 2024
This stage had my favorite trail of the this race in it. Irish Death. I really felt like I was getting after it in some sections, gapping root steps, railing corners, carrying speed. Oh man... See you at Darrington!!

Flying down Orient Express I thought I was at the end of the stage and stopped.. it was not the end. I lost probably 15 seconds... 6th place was only 6 seconds off.. SMH. That's racing though!

I was not confident going into this race because I had only ridden these trails inWatching! the day before, but my skills are improving throughout this series and i felt that here. Though making many small mistakes, couple medium ones, I am happy with my performance... except one HUGE error I made on stage 4; Orient Express, which you can see in that stages video... I'm SMH-ing for a long time ...

Riding with buddies is a great feeling. Today's trio was @MEvsMTB and @jesseskisandmtbs . Today, I got a follow cam of Jesse down Tiger Mountains' rowdy trails. There was even a crash! That waterfall section has caught me out too. Yeeewww!

Such a beautiful day. This is my first time on MAXXIS rubber, and they did not let me down! ASSAGAI 2.5 in the front and DHR II DD 2.4 in the rear. This was my weakest stage of this race. I made it through pretty clean though... Maybe these Michelin Wild Enduro Race tires are too heavy and sticky for this trail.. maybe I just didn't send it hard enough... Either way it was a good finish to a big race. 2024 CDC RAGING RIVER ROUND 3, STAGE 4. Reverence proved to be one of the toughest stages because of its 1.9 mile distance with never ending flat corners. Ruts, roots, hidden trees and boulders appear quickly on every straight, apex and exit. Which also happens to be the recipe for a great trail! I went down towards the end there, had to bail... I'll be thinking about that corner for a while.. ...

2024 CDC RAGING RIVER ROUND 3. We did CCDH 1 and 2, classic raging. I was pumped after this stage because Reverence was just a traverse over with very minimal climbing... This is stage 2, Lower No Service, during the 2024 Cascadia Dirt Cup Round 3. Unfortunately, because there was a timing issue we were not given credit for this stage. Not ideal because it felt good, but I'm not hurt over it. Let's get it!

This is the first race of 2024 Cascadia Dirt Cup Round 3, Raging River. It was tough to keep speed up in upper No Service, but it l felt better than in practice. Then I was cautious in the steeps at the end of Invictus because it had dumped rain 2 days before... after this stage my tires were caked with mud. Thanks! The Michelin Wild Enduro. This day I had 19psi in the front, 22 in the rear. No inserts. What tires do you run?
@@JeffShreds Nice, I just ordered the newly released version of those Michelin's so curious how they will turn out. On my bike so far running Vittoria Mazza Enduro Race front (2.4) and Mazza Enduro (2.4) in the back. The race version is pretty soft and a bit wider. I love it on the dry, but questioning it a bit on anything wet as roots - got some funny moments at RR this Saturday during the race :) The non-race one is a bit narrower and firmer, so good for the rolling in the back.
@fran_kie Me too! Though I'm struggling to find the right scenario and conditions for that rear.. these old Michelin race are very sticky and also heavy.. so bike park and the steeps seem best fit. Maybe they fixed it with the new? Good luck!
