We are finally finishing the repairs to our downstairs after pipes broke below the floors. We ripped out all the hardwood floors and replaced them with nice simulated hardwood tile. Now it’s time for the wainscoting and the baseboards.

Big Dominos. We were board and made some big dominoes for the front yard.

After demoing the top of the pergola, we decided to replace a warped support pillar. The hope was we could do it without the whole pergola falling on our heads.

We decided to repair the fountain in our backyard after years of not working.
