Pilates - Side Lying Series
This is a workout of the Pilates Side Lying Series. It’s a great way to strengthen your legs, hips and glutes! I’ve also included modifications to make this workout suit your needs. Bring a mat, towel, and optional ball, and let’s get started!
Here’s the workout! Do 8-10 reps of each:
✅ Side Leg Lifts
✅ Single Leg Circles, Front and Back
✅ Side Leg Kicks
✅ Side Leg Bicycles
✅ Clams
✅ Do a Figure-4 Stretch Between Sides

Do you experience wobble with the front wheel ?
Thank you!! I love your video. It is the only video I have with a young child. My son has grown out the carseat and I was nervous about putting him in the stroller. 😍
Many thanks for your video, there are not many videos about this stroller and this is one of the best videos I could find - so thank you! One question though, do you experience a wobble with the front wheel? (when not in lock position)

I’m looking up reviews on this stroller sorry lol how did you end up liking it overall? I’m thinking of getting this more so for a daily use stroller or for taking it to Disneyland for my baby. My baby is chubby and I’m having a hard time finding a comfortable stroller for her. Is it roomy?
How tall is your husband? My guy is 6'8 and he would be the primary jogger with this stroller
He's just shy of 6 feet. I'd recommend going to a store so he test different ones to see how each stroller feels for his height. :)

I am not a jogger or runner but i kinda want one of this, do you recommend for a daily use? Or should I go for a regular stroller
Hi! Yes, I would highly recommend this for daily use as well. I have used other strollers with my older kids, and this one is much easier to navigate through crowds, the zoo, etc. than the other brands I've owned. I also enjoy using it for walks around the neighborhood! Overall, it's very versatile.

How long did ur baby fit in this stroller
He's almost 2 years old and 26 lbs now and still fits just fine! I'd say he probably has at least another year or two before he outgrows it!
