This is the "Absolute Power" Urgent Quest. As you can see I've got full Monoblos gear, it took me a week because I only found out you have to break Monoblos' head for the bloody red horn after I already got everything else I needed and you can only get 1 horn per fight so I had to fight him 6 more times just for the horns :(.
