They also make is thinner so it can be lightweight since heavy bags are a nuisance. Portlands craftsmanship sometimes is sloppy and just pieces of leather stitched sloppy together. Madewell also has full grain and the bags look more crispy and refined and finished!

But these bags can be full grained they just add a clear wax on it to make it more water resistant.

I do not get the love for Louis Vuitton. I do not want lettering and marks like that all over my purse, but especially if it’s canvas would use a canvas purse, but I also would never pay for the name. I just don’t get it lol however for PLG I am for Lol.

It's actually easier than you think. I currently have 5, but I mainly use 3. The other 2 are kept for sentimental values. I went through a declutter a few years ago & never looked back.

Great tips, I've used a similar process before. I used to sell on Poshmark but closed my account, but I am opening another again because I need to downsize. How is the payment process with Mercari? I know with Poshmark the buyer has 3-4 days to accept the purchase or PM releases the funds to you if there is no reply from the purchaser. I've thought about Mercari but I don't know how quick they are to pay you. Also, the shipping amounts are fixed at PM whereas at Mercari I think they have tiers? TFS. 😊
