New music? It's tense, compared to the previous music for these videos. Just a thought. 🙂
Beautiful! The kitchens in these homes would be so much better if the designers moved away from the split sinks to a large single basin though. It's so difficult to wash large items in those split sinks.

You might want to put in where this is located.
The address is right there
Rock on Erin!!!!
Terrific! Thank you, Jodi, keep up the good work!! Jim
They are the best!
Two thumbs way up for the quick response on the downpour of leaves!!
I’m confused. This is labeled as 103 Chalet but it’s not on the ground floor. 203 Chalet??
Hi Carol, the Chalet is 3 stories on the west side of the building so there are several apartments on the first floor that have balconies.
@@panoramaretirement Thanks for clarifying.

All the floor to ceiling cabinets are great!
Bravo to the cinemaphotographer and the casting director, who allowed all the face-time to two of my favorite people in Washington state, Susan and Jim Wynan!! I would love to do a story for my paper on Panorama. Such an asset to the community and the well being of anyone w ho lives there.
Thanks for the positive comment Gary! It's such a fun event.
Beautiful day. I grew up in the northwest and still love the spring rhodies and all. You all look vigorous and healthy. Thanks for sharing, Rosa.
Such a GREAT video.....I feel like I got to go on the walk too👍 thanks for sharing!!! We couldn't have hoped for a better day😄
Thanks Georgia!!
Beautiful place but no Bathtub 😢. 2 bathrooms and no bathtub. Why? No sale for me ever.
This is obviously a multi-million dollar building. I'd be interested to know how many residents you can accommodate. You mentioned 4o to 64 but I don't see that as enough to make this a profitable venture for an investor. Am I wrong?
Nice private side yard off of main bedroom. The white countertops are nice, but grey cabinets lend too much grey since all the walls are grey.
A really nice house---just wish the carport was a garage. Love the bright kitchen.
Much prefer the white cabinets over dark ones! A bright clean look.
PLUS: Nicely situated home with sunny front yard; sleek garage interior; connects to other house at garage which minimizes disturbances from side house; skylight in storage area; front screen door opens the correct direction as to not interfere with traffic flow from the garage; covered walkway from garage; there might even be room for a small table & chairs in the front; easy entry from front/main entry to kitchen for carrying groceries; the white cabinets and countertops are awesome!; wall microwave unit above oven is easier to reach than above the range as in some other units; nice view of the front yard from the kitchen window; private back patio which leads to a common yard; gazebo in common yard is a nice gathering place for the surrounding houses; washer/dryer in hall bathroom will help keep it warm in the winter and minimizes extra floor space needed for the appliance use; window in the main bathroom shower will help lighten the hall if the door is kept open; NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: need electric outlets in storage area; the kitchen/bath cabinet pulls should be rounded as those in the video would leave a bruise if bumped into (but that's an easy fix); no bath tub; air conditioning unit outside off of master bathroom (might be heard while sleeping); double doors to back patio are awkward as the main door to open interferes with traffic flow (that might be able to be reversed); a screen door could be added to the back patio door since there are no opening windows at the back of the main room; the addition of a skylight or two would really enhance this home as well as not having dismal grey wall paint.
The approximate area of 2237 Chambers Lake Lane is only 44 square feet less than that of 4021 Woodmere Lane. Does the stated area of the Woodmere Lane home include the detached hobby room? (This should be stated in the description of any home with a detached hobby room.) Why is the second person monthly charge for 2237 Chambers Lake Lane $150 more than that for 4021 Woodmere Lane?
Plus - front hallway sliding closet doors make for easy passage; white cabinet and quartz countertop are bright and cheerful; appears to be lots of kitchen storage; outlet on the island; one-level island; large usable back patio; private back yard; several private view from the back and side windows Improvements - It appears that the hobby room only has 1 electric outlet (might need more); skylight would be a nice addition in the hobby room; main bedroom window faces the carport for a different home #4017.
Light & bright, great use of space.
Perfect
Great size I like black but think a stainless fridge would balance a little better & ok providing my own. I am not sure I could reach dryer controls without a step stool though. Love the bare floors in bedroom.
What I like: skylight in living area, white countertops, glossy tile all the way up to the upper cabinets not just a backsplash, built-in desk in laundry area that would accommodate both left or right handed people, pocket doors for bedroom closet What could be improved: too many closet doors that open into the entry pocket doors would work better, including the verticle blinds on the patio sliding door, but if they extended beyond the glass this would let more light in,
What I like: white cabinets in the kitchen brighten the area, easy-to-clean cooktop and sliding closet doors in the bedroom. What could be improved: perhaps add a skylight in the living area to this top-floor unit.
What I like: nice layout, cabinet lights under the upper kitchen cabinets, private back patio, corner shelf in hall shower and good use of space for laundry half-bath combo. What could be inproved: too many closet doors in the hallway that swing open which could interfere with traffic flow, black kitchen counter might be difficult for the visually impaired, black appliances seem dark, a skylight in the kitchen/dining/living area would make the area seem larger, and a bit too much stooping & reaching for the stacked washer/dryer.
love the finishings
The size is perfect and allows for separate work areas. Nice features: short backyard fence for privacy to the patio area, long covered front porch, skylights, front blinds included, built in cabinets in living area, recessed kitchen counter, at same height for stools, wall mounted microwave, rounded handles for kitchen cabinets, pocket door on storage area between the laundry & garage, side door entry to garage, pebble garage floor, glass french doors to the den Things to improve: front & backyards are too shaded for all the cloudy winter weather, flooring a bit too busy, whiter walls, storage area needs electric outlets, could there be a covered outdoor seating area, too many doors that swing open in the hall and master bedroom that block the walkway (sliding or pocket doors would be better)
Perfect
countertop and backsplash are dated. i love the floors. and the little arch with gate and the vine growing over it is so wonderfully fanciful!
I like it especially a counter for a couple of stools and a separate laundry my only must have is a fridge with the freezer on the bottom I will provide my own.
I like the skylight feature especially because there's a shade. I suppose it can be retracted remotely. There's a nice private patio. The variable-colored wood floor seems a bit to "busy" and would detract from the furnishings. It's nice to see a home that doesn't have grey walls although this color is dated. A brighter wall color is needed.
I like ke the layout & that the laundry & storage are separate from the bathroom. I dislike the kitchen backsplash - very Home Depotish.
Perfect!
This is a beautiful home with a well laid out floor plan. It has the "WOW" factor as you walk in the front door and can see the lake in the distance thru the back yard. The additional above-the-patio-door windows allow a lot more light, expecially with the open beam construction of the patio cover. The skylights and heater in the covered back patio are a plus. The additional interior "eye candy" architectural features add cost to the initial investment, which is unnecessary (i.e. various coved ceilings, wall nooks, which just become dust catchers). The skylight above the entry is nice. There could be an additional skylight in the kitchen. Although the back yard is rather slender, there is space in the front/side for a small private patio/seating area. The fireplace is beautiful, but if you add a tv in the living area, where would it go, above the fireplace, which would be too high for viewing while seated. The microwave/oven combo is nice and puts the microwave lower than it might be otherwise if placed above the range. The windows in the dining/living area appear to open at the bottom, which lends to better ventilation for fresh air, but why not use larger windows instead of 2 smaller ones? The floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinet allows for storage of seldom used items. Windows in the garage door & the garage floor finish are nice, which lends to a nice work area if needed. I wonder if there's the ability to add a side-door to the garage for outside access? Has anyone thought of a skylight in a garage/workspace?
I like it love the bay window nice spot for a Christmas tree. Also the patio gives me so many ideas to utilize plants just to screen in a little privacy. The countertop is wonderful for my grandsons to sit at to eat, craft or do a puzzle. I think it is nice to have bifold doors to hide laundry but I am ok either way.
There are two two-socket outlets in the hobby room. One is near the lower right corner of the window, the other in the middle of the entry wall to the right of the door.
I like the pullout pantry too and prefer a lighter wall color. I also prefer lighter wood cabinets. The bump out for the dining space is a great option. Having some kind of door between the laundry part and toilet area would add some privacy when guests are staying over like a pocket door? Definitely need a bit of a block for the back patio.
I like this home, but I don't see any electrical outlets in the hobby room.
Me, neither!! no outlets?
I love the pull-out pantry shelving, and the kitchen skylight. Perhaps a backyard corner fence could be added for a bit of privacy. Also, the microwave, albiet to regulation height above the range, could be more easily accessed by a countertop unit, especially for shorter people. Also, light cream wall paint might me more cheerful than grey.
White cabinets and white countertop are nice and bright as well as the skylights.
The white cabinets are a plus. If the walls were white or very light cream it would reflect more light thus making the space appear brighter and more cheerful, as well as larger.Grey tends to be more dismal in the winter. The laundry/bath combo makes sense as the washer/dryer will keep the bathroom warmer. The home needs more natural light such as skylights or sun tubes: hobby room, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The laundry/bath combo makes sense as the washer/dryer will keep the bathroom warmer. I wonder if the back patio could be covered so it could be used during inclement weather.
