Lore for the Joust Falcons (My take): When the war between the Red Lions and Green Dragons began, the Black Falcons were secretly rebuilding their numbers and have decided to join the war on the side of the Green Dragons. This would explain why there was a Falcon Knight representing the Green Dragons during the Kingdoms Joust. When the Green Dragons were defeated, many of them joined the Black Falcons, and were given a division title: the Joust Falcons.

Lore for the Black Falcons (My take): Once a house within the Knights of the Yellow Castle, the Black Falcons splintered off from the Yellow Castle and joined the Lion Knights to form their own faction. But after all falling out led to a war between the Crusaders and the Black Falcons, which ended in a Crusader victory, the Black Falcons were forced into hiding. But instead of dissolving, they rebuilt their armies, with members from the Crusaders, the Forest Guardians, the Wolfpack, and the Black Knights.

Lore for the Triceratops Troopers (My Take): Who are they? Like the Triceratops Troopers, they these trolls initially saw the dinosaurs as monsters. But they eventually tamed them and used them for hunting and transport. This faction of the troll tribe is called the Raptor Riders, and the tribe they serve is simply called, the Dinosaur Tribe.

Lore for the Triceratops Troopers (My Take): Who are they? After the victory of the Dwarves and Crown Knights, a troll tribe discovered the dinosaurs in a jungle. Initially seeing them as monsters, the trolls eventually tamed them and used them for hunting and transport. One member of this troll tribe are the Triceratops Troopers.

Lore for the Undead (My take): Who are they? Made up of fallen warriors and residents from many nation, the undead has the ability to be both the largest and smallest army in the world. Serving many dark lords and necromancer, including Basil the Bat Lord and Mallock the Malign. King Vangelis and Grief-Bringer - 1:35 That’s right, the Kingdom of Shintaro exists in this universe. But unlike in Ninjago, the Ninja never came to Shintaro, and thus Vangelis was able to grow his army of the Dead to its largest, and resurrect the terrifying Grief-Bringer. And now they are getting ready to conquer the world.

Lore for the Mordor Orcs (My take): Within this Medieval Fantasy World of Lego, the Mordor Orcs were one of many orc and troll tribes that join the skeletons in their quest to take over the world. However, after their defeat at the hands of the Crown Knights and Dwarves, the Orcs and Trolls returned to their respective homesteads. But it seems like the Mordor Orcs are starting to make plans to rule the world once again.

As a kid I amassed an "army" of about 15-17 of these guys. Kingdoms was the theme of my childhood!

Not sure if it'd even be worth it without scanner apps. Dont get me wrong, these figures are amazing, but I would lose my mind if I got more than one of those nasty looking bird archer figs.
