How to play Geist? Ethereal is top tier against stuff like Wraith ult or Seven stun. Try to isolate enemies into small spaces so you can easily land your bomb or even get your ult off. Most of all, be sure to look juicy if your ult is available :D

UPDATE September 2024 patch has changed it to make Heavy melee easier to parry at point blank ranges! We were testing how tight the parry window is in game. We found that if you're standing on someone its nearly impossible to react to the punch in time to parry given some level of latency with the server/client. Standing at maybe 2m or more away from the target gave more than enough time to rea...

If they never change melee range this game will fail straight up. I love this game but the melee range is beyond broken to the point where you can be two dashes away and the melee teleports to you for no reason, even without the item for extra melee range
@@Dyzz21 I too have had that happen. I think it's some latency issues. Melee definitely feels so heavily rewarded that I hope they make it smoother to dodge and parry
The only real way to report cheaters at the moment is via the official discord unfortunately. ( Update, you can now report cheaters ingame :) as well as turn them into frogs if they are detected mid game )
You also can't report in replay as well which is frustrating when they have blatant aim lock
@@josephdodd6976 that sucks, so we can't review footage and report later? =/ makes me wonder if spectators can report. I had my friend spectate once to help me confirm a hacker.
@ShyuShiro last time I checked that was the case. My friend and I had two hackers playing Vindicta and Wraith and the replay shower how blatant it was. We couldn't report them after the fact even though they were on our team. Even post game I don't believe you can go back and report your team or the enemy team.
@@josephdodd6976 sigh hope they add ways to report in replay and spectator in the future updates. also interesting, I've only ever seen vindicta hackers so far

Thanks for the feedback -- It was fine at the start of the clip but then got in the way and I wasnt sure if moving the position would be too "jarring". I'll be sure to adjust for future clips :)

We always buy the Protein Powder upgrade from the LateGameUpgrades mod because it allows stuff like 2-hitting a nutcracker :) Until then we have unfortunate situations like everyone else~
