Mine never worked out of the box. They have no customer service. It is overseas. They told me there were no returns. So I have a piece of junk.
Mine never worked from when it was taken out of the box. Their customer noservice department is worthless. No returns so i wasted my money.

The cat I was looking after one day used this litter box and she nearly died she could barely breath I tried to get into contact with them but they didn’t answer AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COST!!!!

It worked perfectly for 12-days then stopped. No recourse for repair, in fact their customer service team suggested I ask a neighbour to change the sensors. It’s quite expensive to only work for 12-days. I have asked for a replacement or refund, without success. They are based in Hong Kong I believe so difficult to get resolution to my problem. Buy at your own risk.

If your cat pees high and doesnt squat, pee will get under the tray in it. Very sad cause i wanted it to work. Its impossible to disassemble and clean, like take screws out and take it apart.
But it’s kinda also your own fault if you buy this unnecessary and expensive crap. I mean: an electrical opening door and colored blinking lights inside? Cmon… just clean your damn litter box or buy a simpler, actually working one
