No Refusal all the time - Kacey Fickes New Release version
I’ve heard some things, these people are very bad apparently. They’re playing with fire though. They’re gonna screw someone over with nothing left to lose and that person will go from innocent and wrongfully accused to multiple murder on this group. Good luck ladies😂😂😂
As I age I try to keep fit mentally and get exercise. Remember never to isolate , maintain friends and find ways to defend yourself.
This news really scares me & it should be a concern to everyone. We are All going to be old someday if we live that long, so we have that chance that we will be abused by health care workers especially if we don't have much or any family support. What's really awful too is when a elderly person moves in with their own family or relatives and the family they trusted to love & care for them abuses, uses, or neglects them. Things like this make me feel like there's no good in the human race.😢
Dylan mulvaney??
What a weird looking man jesus christ
He’s on drugs as he lie to us
this is why i’m glad i don’t drink, shrooms are better
Don’t you mean in 2021??
Unless you’re a cop, then they’re very very serious
I don’t understand why some people can’t follow this, drink responsibly. Do not drive when you drink pls save your life and other people surround you. 😢 Your family is waiting for you to come home safely, and so the others.
They’re “very serious” yet he’ll be out in 3 years on “good behavior”
20 years is not enough whatsoever. christ, this is pathetic, at least my Counties DA can actually sentence pedophiles the right way. That man touched a child, causing most likely a life full of trauma, give that dude life in prison, it's where every pedo belongs.
Up the fucken charges.
I drink
He didnt get the death sentence wow even cop youtubers click bait now frl
So he'll do 7 years pretty much
So 15 years flat, can't tun that wild
It's sends a message that I'd rather be done there than Tasmania for the same thing. I'd get 25 years -40, for that. 😅
karma is a bitch. when the population is tired of criminal cops the negative energy produced causes chaos
He’ll be free one day
I didn't know this was In 2001
what a fucking joke, If this wasn't a citizen on patrol he would have received a lesser more realistic sentence. Very unethical shame the court.
2021 or 2001 ? How do you have facts messed up?
No parole or good behavior either
TAKE A LYFT OR UBER!!!!! GET YOUR CAR TOMORROW!!!!! Why is that so hard to do?!!! Bring a designated driver!!!! You shouldn't be able to get a drink without first showing a designated driver or turning your keys in until you have been checked and cleared.
gave that mf 55 years 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
That would be 45 years, boss. Should be death penalty. Maybe more people would think before drinking and driving.
Hell nah I ain’t ever drinking and driving
Poor guy is so upset or nervous he got the year wrong it was 2021 not 2001.. i know how they feel my grandma and ny dad were hit by a drunk driver and my grandma died and my dad almost died and the guy got 6 months but was out in 4 months and not long after he was released he was arrested again for a dui. This guy should've got life not 15 yrs
“It sends a message that we’re serious” 15 years really?
He should havebbeen charged for trying to run away.
it's not the drunk drivers, it's the drunk crashers, they give us a bad rep
Y a pesar de que el asesino fue sentenciado es una pena demasiado baja para las vidas que se llevó
Lol 2001
But the woman who served him the drinks could have prevented the accident. She allowed him to leave drunk from the bar after she served him all those drinks.
He decided to drink, he drove to the bar, nobody forced him to drink.
Alcohol is worst then any drug but sold at every corner. Not everyone should have access due to mentality issue's.
They should also sentence the person that kept serving him the alcohol
15 years is taking things extremely lightly. That man should be in jail for life.
they said 15 for 1 charge then 10 years for each person injured or killed. 4 persons were in the car do the math he got 55.
@@denimdw8493 and that 1 charge should have been way more then 15 years plus the 40 years. 55 years is not nearly enough
@@tylerfengler1890the charges are concurrent, this killer is getting out in 15. There should be far harsher penalties for this.
He looks like he has been crying, that was his friend who died.
Bro looks intoxicated
He looks drained to me. Looks like he just got done testifying as he's in the courthouse. I'm pretty sure he responded to that horrific crash and just had to re-live it.
Lol you watch anime 😂
I genuinely can't believe he was offered a plea deal. Wtf? HE WAS ON VIDEO RUNNING AWAY.
This is absurd. If they'd crashed into a parked car with no one inside, or if they'd narrowly avoided the car by inches, they'd receive a few months, but because they were unlucky enough to crash into an occupied vehicle they receive multiple decades. You are not punishing the act of drunk driving, you're just arbitrarily punshing the unlucky drunks. Either increase the minimums for DUIs or decrease the sentence for DUI causing death. No drunk driver *intends* to kill others, there are just lucky drunk drivers and unlucky drunk drivers. This is the antithesis of justice and proportional punishment.
Increase the minimums
But every single crime is judged based on that system. If I shoot and kill you its life but if you survive it may be 10 years. Attempted rape/kidnapping is a lesser charge than actually commiting the attempted crime. I think in general attempted should be charged the same. Dui's are tricky though because millions of people can safely drive at .08 and some people cant drive after 1 beer.
@@brendondowdy5651 I agree that attempted crimes should be charged the same as the actual crime. It's a ridiculous distinction.
Banning alcohol would pave way to making duis felonies.
So people who take other people’s lives directly are given life in prison but people who kill other people by intoxication are let off with 25 years, tell men how that does anything or shows that you are serious. Just because that the person was drunk doesn’t give him a free pass to kill a father, that person chose to pick up a bottle and drink till the point of intoxication. Dear Americans, I would like to personally congratulate you and your country for being so inexplicably fucked.
Is it me or does he look baked 😂
Lock up Hunter Biden like they would anyone else who gets caught with an illegal gun. Till then, You’re not serious. The whole system is a huge joke of a plutocracy.
Molina can rot
DUI that kills a cop ends up serving a lot more time than killing an average person.
That's with any charge. It shouldn't matter, but as she stated, they take matters like this (involving a cop) very seriously.
It's because police are public servants.
As it fucking should. It takes a lot of balls becoming a cop or any first responder or military service member. They are different than civilians and people need to understand that. Yes they signed up for it, they knew the risks...but thats just it, They signed up...not you. They do deserve the treatment.
@@REDLINE195 Now show us truckers the same fucking respect.
@@REDLINE195 why? Is a cop's life more important than a student's life? Less than 1% of the population is better than the other? That's exactly what you are saying and I recall a document that says we are all equal.
2001???
#ACAB
I hope all states can do this!! My grandparents were hit by an officer who was driving his patrol car drunk they were severely injured and he was never even charged with dui nor did he lose his job!
😢 I hope they are alright.
