The NintendoLife website has an article about 12 hidden Rupee pull spots. The article's image looks like the exact house you entered, which is depicted at 32 seconds into their video "A6r-625k-Bo". I do remember it working on the SNES when I attempted it. Nintendo Life reports you need to have defeated enemies, which may only count during the trip from Link's House to Kakariko Village when loading the save file.

The wallet by the right of the stars. In the summer a bush grows there but because you waited until November to do this quest nothing is there. After you find it check with the woman and she'll say it's not hers then you check the bushes to the right of the shrine entrance. In 100% walkthroughs they have you do this quest on 7/28

The map at 12:41 is much appreciated. I've played through twice, on normal. But maxing out bonds is too slow on any mode other than merciless. I literally did this jail ~20 hours ago zero trouble.. but lack of sleep is getting to me. If I didn't start merciless my bond levels would still be stuck at like 75...but just running through the story so far puts me at bond 97. I'll have bonds maxed out within the hour at this rate... then i can close the book on strikers for awhile. I'll finish my merciless playthrough at some point, but I've had my fill for quite awhle.
