The surgery was great, thanks for the insight, doctor! I suffer from very bad nasal valve collaps after 2 rhinoplasties and need this. My doctor wants to do this procedure you show. I have one question, isnt the ear cartilage a bit too soft to prevent severe valve collaps? It seems to be quite soft as you bend it quite easily.
The traditional open harvesting technique demonstrated in this clip looks quite painful. Our approach, however, allows you to swiftly extract structurally unaltered cancellous dowels while vastly reducing donor-site morbidity: ruclips.net/video/sud8Vs8abgs/видео.html
