Rearend noises! Bad wheel bearings?
So, I had been hearing a clunking noise coming from the rear of my truck. I was kind of ignoring it for a while. Then I decided to investigate it....

The muffler on my tractor rusted/rotted off at the weld. So, I bought a new muffler. Let's install it and give it some needed support.

In this video we get my Husqvarna 455 rancher running, sadly this is after I had an incident with an older saw that I had laying around. Which I share the story of what happened in the video.
Lets bring this 80's trailer into the modern age! Also a little smoke rib side quest!

PLEASE NOTE! Excuse the audio for most of the video. I had to voice over a bit, and edit the sound on a portion due to the mic I was trying out. I will not be using this mic anymore. This trailer has been sitting not getting used for many years. We give it a slight refresh with LED lights, new wiring harness, and new brakes! I have to get crafty with brakes as these old mobile home axles are no...

Lets turn back to small engines for a bit. In this video we change out some carburetors, and do some tune ups!
Let's get this thing moving under its own power!!

After the last video we discovered that the hydraulic side of the clutch was not working. I went and got some parts to change out that will hopefully fix that problem! Also we throw the interior (what I have of it) back together.
Will it run? Let's dig into this no start a bit more!

In this video we move the Prelude into the shop so we can get some relief from the big ball of fire. Then we start digging into the whole no start situation it seems to have. Will my new parts fix it or was it something else? NOTE Sorry about the fan noise and the beeping from the key being in the ignition switch.
First we fix this, before we use that! New tool and a little progress on the truck.

I did not meet my goal of finishing the passenger floor pan like I wanted to. I did get the floor pan mostly welded in, I want to cut out and tack in the rocker panel before I finish welding the floor pan. While there isn't much progress on the truck in this video we do accomplish fixing some tools and testing out a new one. Also small update on the peg board tool wall.

In this video I finish gutting the inside of the truck then begin the real work. Cutting out floor pans and other rotten areas that need to be patched up. I'll be honest, I probably bit off more than I can chew with this project. But, we will chisel away at it one piece at a time! FB: profile.php?id=100093200046933 Insta: antnees_hoopdee_garage

Quick story. On my 2007 Honda CR-V it developed a hi-speed whine/groan noise at 40 MPH and above. Had my mechanic look at it and put in on the lift thinking too it was rear bearings. But they claimed it was the rear differential in the AWD system starting to go out. Paid for a drain and refill of the differential as it was time for that service anyway. The noise lessened maybe a little but the real culprit were the tires. I happened across some OEM alloy wheels from the local pick-your-part yard some months later and swapped those out and much to my surprise the whine disappeared.
@dcbc991 it's crazy what will cause some noises or vibrations. So I have stock wheels with some 35s on the truck. I actually had another vibration pop up 2 days ago crawled under the truck and my u-joint at the rear axle is going out now. Truck has over 200k on it so I expect to be doing maintenance items like this.
Man immediately starts using chrome sockets on an impact. 😎
It self identifies as an impact socket.
That looks good, what epoxy did you use?
@@gydzter23 varathane gloss super glaze finish. Got it from homedepot
"Why is your tractor so damn loud?" Perfect lyrics for a country song 😂
😂
please clean this up first
Bit of TLC works wonders
How's the saw going now
@tonyallen8626 Great. Had to use it a few days later to cut logs into firewood length. Ran and cut good, idled perfectly.
maybe try cleaning parts. I wouldn't buy a chainsaw from you .
@tomtroidle8223 Well, it's a good thing I am not selling it.
Agreed, dudes equipment is trash 😂
Got them sharp chains though 😂
@@expedition_duhon I’d call him stitch but we’d need to know where’s lilo in all this
@@KickinWithKilcrease LIlo's back there in woods giving him unexpected injuries and more projects to work on 🤣
Y'all complain about 2; try having to grab 4 at a time 😂
The battery should say Neverstart !
I have bought many Never Starts. Some auto part stores have what they call used battery's. Some people take both battery's in when only one is bad. I get those most of the time because they are really cheap . They have a 90-day warranty.
This gotta be the most accurate thing I have seen all day 😂 just did mine last winter
Or any general maintenance including repairs. Everything is expensive and everything is heavy duty. I had a F350 and it was a 15 quart oil capacity which was almost $200 in oil change, unless I had time to do it myself . Brakes and rotors all the way around 2500 on and on! You can get around the emissions depending on the state that you live in.
@taylordaniels39 I feel ya. I have two 2.5 gallon jugs of oil and a filter on my back seat for this truck. Oil changes ain't cheap, then throw in changing fuel filters every other oil change....
That roller cart wouldn’t pass inspection anymore 😂

Glad its running now, got one the same color. Always thought body kits on these only looked trashy & spoiled their shape, but some people like them & like to flaunt very obvious modifications.
@antonmealy168 I have never been a big fan of body kits either. But this one actually looks really good imo. But I really like the way these cars look stock or at least with a lip kit.
Heck, yes good deal. It’s running about time.
Ahhh, so we went from ending videos from it spinning over to now it starting 😎 we see what you did there sir

Link doesn't work but found the files except for the hooks that actually mount them
@@Cortesfamilyvideos the stl's won't download?
@@antneeshoopdeegarage92 On makerworld I can find all the holders, but I can't find the stl for the actual hooks. Other people in makerworld have asked in the comments on your uploads
@@antneeshoopdeegarage92 I don't see my reply to this (sorry if it is duplicate). The tool holder files are there on makerworld, but the hooks that connect the holder to the pegboard doesn't appear to be there.

These are great, your profile link to maker world doesn't work :/ but I found you. I love the boxes and screwdriver hangers as well, are those files available?
I just haven't uploaded them to maker world yet. I'll work on getting them uploaded soon.
@@antneeshoopdeegarage92 I will keep an eye out
Pretty sure I got all of the pliers and screwdriver holders uploaded now. I didn't upload the vice grips holder yet as I made a v2 with a support in the middle as v1 is sigging badly in the middle.
Looks pretty sweet
Just about got a brand new lawnmower now
Lol. Yeah, I had not planned to do all of that work to it. It mowed great when I got it. Then, it just refused to cooperate. Got it straight now!
Should be pretty nice once you finish
Man that tool holder stuff looks really nice
Thank you! It is very nice to find my tools at a quick glance vs digging in the box.
I thought the audio was plenty fine. Most shop videos are pretty similar audio quality. Did you mention the material you printed these out of? I don't think I caught it.
Appreciate the feedback on the sound. I printed all of this with esun pla pro (pla+). I had discussed the new hooks being made out of pla vs petg in the beginning. If I forgot to specify that I made the tool holders out of pla, I apologize.
First things first. Get a Microphone. Your audio makes this unwatchable.
Noted. Thank you.
Hard to beat the ole snappers, still got my pawpaws at my mom's property
You really can't. They are simple to work on and probably some of the most reliable mowers.
50:41 must have cam swapped the ole snapper cause boyyy it was talking 😂
Lol. 3/4 truck cam. That's why it can pull wheelies now.
