6 songs about Buckley 1. You give love a bad name (Bon Jovi) 2. Don't stop believing (Journey) 3. Carry on my wayward son (Kansas) 4. 25 or 6 to 4 (Chicago) 5. Runaway (Bon Jovi) 6. behind blue eyes (Limp Bizkit)
I like to imagine a sweet blonde 20 year old girl getting over the passing of her ex boyfriend really got to have a summer night in a Texas suburb in the late 90s just like this one
Sometimes life throws you a bone. Had a dream of my late sister and I partying it up like we always did. I was sad when the dream was over, though the joy of the dream was way beyond it. Miss ya sis. ❤
I never cried watching this show growing up. Then i heard the song well up and i broke down, im 30 years old and this just rekindled hope for me Edit: I cant thank you enough for posting this
This episode helped restore a bit of my faith. I struggle to understand life a lot of the time and have lost a few of the most loved people in my life. But this scene helps me understand there is more to life and death than we can ever know while we're in this world. Enjoy life and be awesome to one another.
One of the greatest King of the Hill episodes. Tackling the loss of someone important to you is difficult, but the way Luanne accepts it in a positive light makes this scene/episode so touching.
My girlfriend passed away in December of 2020 due to depression, I was watching king of the hill and this episode came on and something about the music and the whole scene kinda hit me, I miss her, I hope she’s better
I know it's not as bad as some other stories here, but this one resonates with me personally because this was the King of the Hill episode that played on TV the night before I had my dog put down.
I’m a KOTH fanatic. Have been my whole life. But this episode… oh my gosh. It just makes me feel so many emotions!!!! I also grew up on Murphy’s movies, I was crushed when she passed away. RIP BRITTANY, BUCKLEY & TOM PETTY (LUCKY) !!!
The song and animation and just general wholesome moment was beautiful it reminds me why Luanne is so devoted to religion more than anyone else in the cast
When Buckley's angel mentioned Luanne's birth mark that made me think of something my friend once said to me. He told me they say that birthmarks are fatal wounds on your past lives when they passed.
Now Brittany Murphy is a Angel ❤
Whats the song?? ❤️
Not me in 2024 realizing that, they used this song, because of the "hey" in the chorus.
I never noticed the english accent.
This deserves more views.
Anyone here in 2024. I’m Donovin , grew up watching this I’m 25

I covered that song with Behind Blue Eyes by Limp Bizkit
This episode just made Luanne more adorable 🥹🥺🥺
You have a birth mark on your butt the shape of a Honda key🥺🥺🥺
This song played at Walmart and at Menards when I was with my grandma, my grandma said she doesn't know this song
Sike lol
I wish they could have done this for Luanne and Lucky. They're two of my favorite characters. And two wonderful entertainers ❤ I miss them so much❤❤❤
What song is this? 1:28
Every time I hear Dream Academy’s Life in a Northern Town, I think of this scene and The Parent Trap.
I like to imagine a sweet blonde 20 year old girl getting over the passing of her ex boyfriend really got to have a summer night in a Texas suburb in the late 90s just like this one
I can’t watch this. Not without bawling like a big fat baby.
"No...that parts over now"
bro died in an explosion at his workplace, in case anyone is curious and don't want to spend an hour scrolling through sob stories nobody cares about
And then Luanne found happiness after Lucky slipped on peepee.
Your hallucination would know that too though

This show has so many beautiful moments... This, Kahn's tiger story, so many lessons from fictional stories.❤
Johnny 2 Cellos was right about this scene 🥲

Buckley was a jerk but real chill though. Gotha love em
Amazing!
Buckley’s not bright but he’s not evil.
Hey
buckly looks like pauly shore
It's tempting to hold on to the past when you lose someone you cherished but comes a day when you realise it's time to let them go.
Bittersweet 😢

Don’t worry he’s not an hallucination, if he was you guys would have started Project Mayhem.
Dig these power chords, a mighty fine piece of work!
This show was my childhood.
Even sadder when you remember her voice actress passed away.
That guitar tone is fantastic!

I knew I would find them together, but what episode was this ?
Season 3 Episode 23

Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley makes this much more powerful

I really don't understand why she cared about him so much, he clearly didn't care about her to the degree she cared about him
This scene made me cry
I feel like Buckley as an angel was real and that he learned to be a better person in the afterlife.
The song and animation and just general wholesome moment was beautiful it reminds me why Luanne is so devoted to religion more than anyone else in the cast
This is probably the most unrealistic scene in the entire show
