Maybe because your camera is set to auto-align aps-c lenses? Meaning it automatically goes in super 35 Mode whenever it detects that there is an aps-c lens mounted. Maybe check that :) otherwise it should be the same

Yeah right? That's one thing I also came across they always get soo hot during filming no matter the situation

I have a Shinobi and it NEVER runs hot. One thing i hate about it (that's a deal breaker IMO) is the lack of a 3x3 grid....which is absolutely ridiculous.

That's true, when I had it for the first time this was one thing I instantly wanted to turn on but well there's nothing like it, but I came to accept it hahah

You have to change it in the settings the max height

As far as I know you just have the regular lines and aspect ratios of the Shinobi you probably tried already, I also wanted to have the grids of my Sony and it didn't work out

@@PaulStambera Dude, meanwhile I have researched this hole topic with bmpcc6k and atomos :-D . According to my research the Atomos ninja V does not support any BM Cameras and I don’t think that they will ever do this … as there is or was in the past a hassle between Atomos and BM …I have now decided and already bought the BM Video assist 5’ 12G HDR and I couldn’t be happier . My honest opinion and I am not a BM fanboy^^ the Atomos monitor‘s are not the best choice for any BM cams . Cheers

@@markkut apparently it does, the camera will down convert the hdmi signal to 4k30p whilst still recording 4k60p in camera. So answer is yes, i found out from other channels.

You mean that the sensors recognize the fog as an obstacle? No not really, the only thing that can happen is that the drone stops in the air and I have to press it again or fly home manually

Haha true, I didn't recognize that until now you mentioned it - this is probably because the remote control lost connection and reset all settings? Otherwise I don't know any possible explanations, because I 100% set the height to 500m to be able to fly so high

I mean you have to be careful with the camera movement, but if you have a steady hand you shouldn't encounter much jittering

@@PaulStambera ...ahh men...I have this lens for years, but couldn't get a workaround of it... In my desperation just bought an old 14-45mm. fingers crossed... I ve tried everything to eliminate that jitter, ended up just switching off the OIS. Also noted you have relative fast cuts... I tend to use longer takes, that ruins everything over about 3 seconds....

Yeah it's a bit tricky with these m4/3 cameras or dslms in general, but you can always add weight to your setup (use a cage, rods, top handle, v mount battery etc.) if you have the time to do so, oc you can't always build a rig like that when it has to go fast but it's an option

Thank you! Idk the exact settings anymore, but I shot it in 4k 25fps with shutter 1/50 and iso as low as possible for each shot bc it was already very bright and the 1/50 didn't make it any better haha - and I clearly had to use a VND like for every shoot you do outside during daytime

Yeah with the already weak signal of the mini, up there you probably will just have problems and nothing else
