Love Matthew ❤ he's such an honest and amazingly humorous! I watch every time he puts out a video. I'm not on his patreon cuz I can't afford it. Even a buck Something is hard for me. But he brightens up my evenings when I watch him and I'm always having him in my nightly prayers and little Penny. He has an amazing family and his daughter is precious. He's an awesome dad, loving and caring. I will always watch Matthew just to make sure he's okay.❤

I think you have to make the choice that is right for you and it sounds like you have. I think Matthew @VanLifePlus and Chrome @VanCity Vanlife also made the right choice for themselves. In my opinion anyone can choose the way they want to live and change things up anytime they want. Everyone has a different idea of what they can live with and live without. I am looking forward to watching your videos and see what you get up to.

This was a great interview. I watched the entire thing. I have been subscribed to VanlifePlus since Matthew started building out his van the first time. Like a lot of people I found Matthew after seeing him on VanCity Vanlife with Chrome. I have watched and re-watched every video. Matthew is very entertaining and definitely has the gift of drawing people in to watch as he calls it "his shenanigans". Love it all and I wish every success to Matthew, Penny and his entire family. I am also now a new subscriber to your channel as of this morning. Looking forward to your "shenanigans".

At 2:24:59 .. i thought there was No Way i could watch it all. Wrong .. !! Although i tend to watch only (+/-) 20 minute videos.. i very much enjoy Matthew's longer videos. Truly.. Matthew is a gifted content provider and videographer. Thank you for a wonderful video .. and beautifully flowing dialog .. without distractions of music and "ya know" X100.

Nice interview so far! I just got to the part where you talk about people criticizing your lifestyle. After doing van life full-time for 7 years and being a freelance musician for 27 years, I can confidently say this: NO ONE gives a s**t about you! Everyone is so focused on their own lives, and it’s a big misconception to think you’re under constant surveillance by the people around you. The VERY few who do comment on whatever you do-and I understand it can be bothersome or even hurtful, especially if it’s family or friends-only do so to feel better about their own lives. But these people are by far the minority. Once you truly put yourself out there, you’ll realize no one really cares. Sure, someone might call the cops on you if something looks suspicious or if you’re on private property, but that’s about it. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you’ll be free!

After 38 years of long haul trucking. Ive woken up in more awful looking places , than glamerous. I watch this for the build ideas. I have a shelf made of dumpster finds. Flat top 3ft deep sleeper 1990 freightliner truck. Im tall and cant stand up in my old girl. Truck and trailer paid for totally independent company. My company. But now i have grand kids and since they are all over canada i can see them all. Without my home on 10 wheels i cant see my grand kids ..

Wonderful interview. As a vanlifer I don’t actively watch others live vanlife as much as I did when I was in a house. It’s the stories that draw me in. Every story is different.

I, have watched Matthew for a few years now. I, enjoy His personallity.. Its what makes folks come back.. I, fully support His life choices. I was surfing youtube and I found this, so I watched it..
