Strange. After mine prints the initial page, it will only do the test print next. Mode selection isn't printed on the bottom of the initial page as an option. USB is the only interface on this one, but the Utility software won't connect to it, nor can I print anything.

Thank You SO SO SO much for making this video available. I had bought the Epson printer for our church's bookstore after buying them a Square register & the register was not recognizing the printer. I wanted to cry. But I followed your steps & boom! Receipts are printing.
