I really appreciate the effort they put into their training and exercises, and I hope they can motivate many girls out there to do the same. That said, unfortunately 90% of the movements shown in this video are not calisthenics. Some come from crossfit, many others from gymnastics. Rolling around a bar or throwing a weight in a fancy and uncontrolled way [6:32] is not calisthenics, doing a weighted pull up is [6:09].
I understand your point but I can assure you when starting off doing anything you will not get it 100% it is a learning game that you learn and fix your technique as you learn. Trust me Calistehincs takes year's to perfect. I have many videos on this channel with girls doing calisthenics perfectly please check them out... Thank you for your comment.
@@CalisthenicCompilations No worries, I appreciate your work, because doing such videos makes girls feel stronger and motivated! I was just pointing out that calisthenics is a different discipline. It requires form and skill to be done right and to prevent injuries. On the other side, crossfit in particular is very scenic and doesn't care very much about preserving your joints and muscles' health. I'd like to stress that throwing a weight while doing a one arm hang, can be very dangerous for you and people around you, giving back a very tiny improvement in muscle strenght compared to a weighted pull up or a front lever.

Great video, impressive strength
Thank you, it takes a lot of practice but anyone can do it, with a bit of commitment and lots of practice. To start to build your strength you start with working on your core/abs with core exercises such as plank variations, crunches, static core holds, then push up variations to build your arms, leg exercises such as squat variations, pistol squats, for all of these no equipment is required to get started. Then as you build your strength and advance all you need is a pull-up bar and medium parallettes or dip bars… if you have a Calisthenics park near you, then you need no equipment go to to park to do the advance exercises such as pull-ups, front lever, human flag, Planche, muscle-ups, hand stands and you also have progression exercises to follow before you can do the full movements above… good luck 👌🏻👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻

That is very good, it just takes patience and lots and lots of practice, you are doing great, just keep up the great work you are doing and before you know you it you will be able to do full FL and it is best feeling in world achieving a full movement… 👌🏻👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻

The first video is when someone is still learning Calisthenics that is where it all starts they all start by practising and getting better it can takes weeks, months and even years to perfect a move, she is doing really well and soon she will be the finished article, I am proud of her for showing her skills even though she is still learning. Everything starts with taking that first step to practice… you get better with dedication, commitment and guts to make a video of yourself.. 👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻

She is an amazing athlete and perfect example that you do not need a gym to get fit, anyone and everyone can get fit anywhere, any place, all it takes is bit of commitment and dedication, that is why I love Calisthenics it does not require much equipment while you advance and absolutely no equipment to get started.

@@raghadeelwarkae the fact that you could do splits shows you have flexibility which will be useful in several exercises or poses within handstands etc…. In terms of arm strength you can build it up … start by concentrating on form !! If you can’t do normal push ups try doing them on your knees or the cobra push up … PUSH TROUGH ✨you can do this !!!
