[ Korean food guide ] Classic Traditional Kimbap and spicy marinated squid
Today, I’d like to introduce you to a unique twist on traditional kimbap. Unlike regular kimbap, this version is enjoyed by eating the fillings separately from the seaweed and rice.

Here’s the recipe for the spicy squid side dish that pairs perfectly with Chungmu Kimbap:
Ingredients
Squid: 2 medium-sized (cleaned)
Radish: 200g (thinly sliced)
Salt: A pinch (for salting the radish)
Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 2 tablespoons
Gochujang (Korean red chili paste): 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
