    I have to see it in person. If it looks fantastic then they're not lying. If they're lying or exaggerating buyers will know. At least Dubai is a city of fantastic projects. Best of everything. I give Dubai the credit of trying to be the best city in the world. I wish Dubai and their projects the best wishes. They deserve success for innovation and trying to be a multicultural society with the best tourist resorts. Dubai is impressive. Great City!!.

    I hate the affirmations tower. With a passion. It looks so stupid for a building to be smaller at the base and bigger at the top. “Just because you can do a thing, doesn’t mean you should do a thing” Also… none of these were new information and all are under development already at various stages. I was hoping for either some new proposals or unknown projects.

      This saint the taxpayer funding this. It’s good for business as frankly we need more modern office and residential spaces. They aren’t ignoring the common people though. With congestion pricing we are already seeing public transit get improved. More affordable units will also be built as the city now requires developers to build affordable units when they start new projects. The Airbnb ruling freed up a lot of apartments for people. The city is evolving as it always does. But things are looking better for sure.

This 'content creator' wrote a script using lots of buzzwords like 'redefine' and 'edifice' and 'sweeping', and then used that loud infotainment narration voice you hear with far too much frequency. It has some nice pictures, but it would have been better if it just had the pictures and the location and discarded the rest.

    Gunkanjima” (Battleship Island) due to its unique silhouette, is a small island that flourished as a coal mining community from 1890 to 1974. It reached its peak population of 5,267 people in 1959, making it the world’s highest population density ever recorded in history. However, in 1974, the island became completely deserted after the coalmine was closed. want more? read Wiki. Also: Are you AI made channel?

It's not the way of the future to the way of control. Do people not know about the coal mine company's. Do people not understand if you don't own it you do what they say when they say do it. Yeaaa no not OK with me. The building Designs are fine the power being on the building the lots of greenery all of that is fine. It's the you owen nothing you pay no taxes that mean every one does company service everyone gets payed the same no matter the job.... yea that's just disguised communism. I agree somthing need to be figured out with all the automated aspects but that's not it. Maybe in small scale for homeless but that's it....

  • @antoniofarinaccio541
    @antoniofarinaccio541 Год назад

    The bridge will not solve southern Italy economy. The Italian state is incompetent for many reasons. Since 1860 the northern state of Piedmont has gained a colony that consumes their cheap produce penalizing the southern region of the ex Kingdom of the Two-Sicily's. In the last 163 years mass migration all over the world of southerners is what has made the south poorer. The "modern state" is governed by northern mafia elites that do not want to share their wealth with the rest of the country. If the south would be industrialized then northers Italian industries will not survive. This bridge is a way to have the masses pay for a insignificant bridge. If only the roads leading from Naples to Calabria, Bari to Calabria or Palermo Messina wear completed and well kept then already the local industry's would see a increase in profit and use for a bridge. Italy has a history of neglecting its peoples. Take MOSE in Venice costs lots of money, late in use and useless. Better give the project to USA, Holland, Japan and you will see a bridge but the insurmountable depth of Scylla and Cariddu (Strict of Messina) it is a location wear two tectonic plates meets and it is not a place to build a bridge. Modern technology with all its knowledge would have to make big effort but not the Italian state that still lives in the " Risorgimento (Resurrected) of the Zombie's."

    Do you automatic naysayers know what powers most modern subs and aircraft carriers? And that we have flown sorties many, many times, over many decades with nuclear bombs onboard?

    • @MiniEquine
      @MiniEquine Год назад

      Nuclear powered subs and carriers have a couple of things going for them that this doesn't. They have the seawater to assist with cooling, and in the extreme circumstance where there were an emergency that couldn't be avoided, you could abandon ship or scuttle. With the flying hotel, emergency landings anywhere would be difficult due to its size. I suppose if it maintained a position only over water except when landing then it wouldn't be as bad. Also, nuclear bombs are not really dangerous unless armed, but unlike nuclear power, those are something we should be cautious of.
