I've watched the full episodes from this story line many times, and I have to say, this is very good editing...

The way he looks into her eyes right before he kisses her, now that is intimacy..

Now this was acting Jenifer Guthrie was the best dawn imo ...i could feel her pain when she laid on that bed.....and Micheal watson was just excellent as Dekker....gh can bring these characters back ....lucy is dekkers cousin and Felicia was dekkers good freind....(I always wanted them to be brother and sister) And as far a dawn being dead ....its a soap no one stays dead

I have to come back to this onxe abd a while i miss these two ine of the best super couples in gh history

Watching Bobbie's funeral episode today and needed to go back and revisit Jackie Zeman, Brad Maule, Kristina & Jack Wagner acting their tails off. Thirty years later and it still made me cry. Bravo.

So is this after Spencer’s birth and Courtney’s death.

This was the best of Daytime soaps - and gosh it did not take 2+ years to tell a silly story back then. the old GH did not drag this out endlessly like they do the stories today. Thankfully they realized back then that Life is too short! The only bad thing was Brad Maul (Tony) was robbed of that Emmy for his portrayal of a grieving father.

Jackie Zeman was fabulous as Bobbie… great acting and wonderful storyline’s. God Bless and RIP lovely Lady.

Amazing storyline and brilliant acting… Tony Jones was a wonderful character and then Carly came along and his character was trashed beyond repair.

RIP Jackie Zeman. Looks like we might get BJ welcoming Bobbie to Heaven in the 2 part episode Jan 10th & 11th.

Who knew Sam and Ric having sex would set in motion so many events that is still having an affect now.

The most heartbreaking scene I have ever seen on any show. Everyone involved in this was absolutely top notch.

This storyline is nearly 29 years old and still moves me to tears. I remember skipping what afterschool activities I could and rushing home, skidding in the door at 3:10 to watch this show. Why Brad NEVER got a Daytime Emmy for this, I'll never understand!

I don't care how many years go by or how many times i watch this, i will never not cry, but especially today. #RIPJackieZeman

I Hated that they killed off Emily🥵 They were great Together. Best Chemistry ❤️ couldn’t stand him with Courtney. And couldn’t stand either of them!!!

Emily was a rebound.

This was THE most heartbreaking story and every one of these actors were amazing. This and Stone dying of AIDS. Both were written so well. These were GH at it's finest.

It was Gloria Montys formula so I guess she had the right to kill it but, it was a major mistake and cost her her job . She should've stuck to the formula instead of trying to keep up with current events that were happening at the time .

I used to watch General Hospital with my grandma when I was a kid.. around the time Luke and Laura were so popular. I’m not familiar with Dawn and Decker. They seemed like popular characters too according to the comments here. I remember not being able to wait for the next episode of GH, I was hooked! When viewing this clip it all seems so cheesy now in a way, no offense to anyone. 🌻😊

To think of all this show was…before they got mob-obsessed and tried to be some cheap “Sopranos.”
